When her mother was killed years ago, Batty was adopted into a well-known hero family as their way to enrich a child's life. Well, it appears that more than mutation runs in her blood, and she is following her mother's abandoned path of villainy. She physically takes on people that piss her off because it's fun for someone so small to be able to humiliate people that are cocky. She drinks too much and uses her nocturnal habits as an excuse, but it remains to be seen how true that is. As a result, she ends up hungover at school a lot, but with the exception of her friends at the D, people seem oblivious to her problem.
