The Well of Innocence gives great power, but extracts a great price. When the young girl who became Brahela found it, she lost all connections to her old life, and was cursed never to age from her fourteen years. In a convoluted occurence with a newfound friend, she decided to come to Paragon City, to see what limits her lost Innocence could take her.

Personality
Brahela is open and friendly, ready to lend a hand to help anyone who needs it. At times though, there is a shadow that appears in her eyes, like a longing for something unreachable.
Powers
Brahela has control over temperatures, leading to scorching flame, or freezing ice.
Fire Blast
Choosing to focus on the fire aspect first, the registrars at City hall listed this as her main array of attack.
Ice Manipulation
Her Cryokinesis was regulated to a secondary role, even though when she is not under the observation of the authorities she tends to use both equally.
Additional Powers
Brahela can sense 'Auras' around people, and has learned to differentiate different meanings from them, such as emotions. This aids her in a few ways, but primarily:
Teleportation
Brahela can teleport to people, or bring them to her, if she has read their "Aura" before. Similar grouping of "Auras" can lead her to bases of enemies, while if she has read a particular "Aura", she can teleport directly to it, or bring it to herself.
Fitness
Like most Supers, she has honed her body to help her fight her battles
