Appearance
She wears a pink and white shirt with matching skirt with her hair at short/medium length. When not seen wearing pink, she is usually in an outfit of similar style of any different color. Her blue eyes shine in the sun, giving away her kind and gentle nature.
There are times when Elly can be seen in a much different outfit, and she seems almost like a completely different person. Her skin is a pearly white and her hair changes from its usual dark orange to a sinister dark red. Her outfit is in similar dark colors, and is punkish in nature. Her red eyes adds to her overall intimidating presence.
Background
Only a little is known about Elly; everything else she keeps to herself. She was just an average girl, going to an average school, getting above average grades: The only unique thing about her was her volunteer work for her community. She was generally well liked by her community and had plenty of friends, and her parents were proud of her. One day that all changed when a group of local gangsters decided they would try and catch Elly on her way home from school one day. Upon seeing them, Elly dashed off in the opposite directions with her pursuers close behind. In her panic, she ran into the street without paying any attention to her surroundings, and was hit by a passing by truck that had no time to stop.
The police arrived on the scene within minutes and had Elly taken to a nearby hospital. She was in critical condition when she arrived, and the doctors were unsure if they would be able to save her, much to the dismay of her friends and family. The doctors did everything they could for the next few days, but Elly showed no sign of recovery. One day, however, when the nurse who was assigned to check on Elly's condition came by to check on her, her room was empty and the window was wide open. How she suddenly recovered is a mystery still, and she has not been in contact with her friends or family since.
There have been several sightings of a girl matching Elly's description in the Etoile Islands, though soon after she vanishes from sight. It is unclear how she got to the islands, or why she is there in the first place, but rumors spread of a young girl wielding terrible powers taking vengeance on the local gangs in the islands.
Personality
Elly is a kind and gentle person who enjoys helping those in need. While she has no true powers of her own, she does whatever she can to help those who need it. She is usually seen with a smile on her face, and prefers to not get into arguments or other squabbles when she can avoid it.
...Or she can be distant and quick to anger, with no sense of mercy for those who thrive on hurting others to live. She becomes uncaring to the problems of others, unless they also apply to her. Nobody knows why Elly suddenly gets like this, as all throughout her life she used to be a lovable person. No doctor has been able to examine her psyche, as she is never in one place for too long; many believe it is a case of multiple personality disorder.

Rumors in the isles tell of a girl who targets gangsters, punishing them for the wrongs they have committed. Those who claim to have been close enough to her say that she shows no mercy and that her rage seems to come from something very personal. Regardless, those who see her tend to run away before they are spotted. Those who have crossed paths with this girl claim that the rumors that she is cruel and heartless are false, as they have seen her on more than one occasion, sitting by herself, staring out into the ocean; some claim that they even heard her crying, but as they tried to approach, she saw them get close and ran.
