Caspian
On Celestine, Caspian was the Director of Academics, as well as being a noted Research Scientist. He was the first to experiment with the substance known as Telethinium, and currently lives in Tokyo, Japan. He is a chairman of the Seraphima Corporation and is the head of their research and developement sectors, as well as their medicinal sectors.
Dr. Galatira
Caspian was the most reluctant of his siblings to become any sort of hero, but did, nonetheless. He took the name Dr. Galatira and fought using his kryptonian powers along with Seraphima's experimental weapons. He works with a japanese superteam closely, defending the small country of Japan from whatever beings threaten it. Dr. Galatira is not an avid fighter, nor is he very famous, but is one of the most powerful heroes Japan had ever experienced.
