When Alistair Stewart realized he had inherited the unbelievable power of incredible speed little did he know that one day he would become known as the hero “Celtic Bolt.” He found he was able to tap into the energy he has generated, using it to create bolts of energy as an offensive weapon. His reserve is limited however, and has to take time to recharge. So, as the “Superfast Blaster”, and having shown his dedication to helping those that need it the most, he was selected to become a member of The Peacekeepers. He realizes that as part of this iconic league, he would have a greater impact upon the criminal underworld. |
