Celtic Snow
From Unofficial Handbook of the Virtue Universe
OOCNotes: Celtic is one of my older characters, with a backstory that has varied widely. She still remains cold hearted, demonic, and opinionated despite what direction her story takes. I have always enjoyed her as one of my rare blasters, and enjoy the effects that Ice can bring.
Looks
Celtic Snow was fit for her name from birth. Naturally, as being an ice demon, something cold and frigid sounding was very common. Due to the nature of her origins, Celtic bears very pale blue skin even in her human form. She has very icy blue eyes and a long curtain of frosted white hair that falls to her waist.
Celtic is most commonly found in her demonic form. She has a variety of styles for this, from her frosted skin to something more human based (like clothing). She stands eight foot in this form with long ice like wings that provide flight. She also has a tail in similar fashion, though it lacks the diamond like one usually finds in demons. This is actually due to her royal linage, being one of the daughters of the King Ice Demon.
When Celtic is trying to blend in, she can be found in her 5'5 human form. This is typically a pretty rare occurrence, as she detests this form. She finds humans to be a lesser species, and despises that she has to shove her wings and tail into the 'grotesque' shell she wears.
Personality
Celtic Snow is about as cold as the blood that runs through her veins. She has very little patience, little remorse for her actions, and even less tolerance for humans. She only cares for one being in this existance, and that would be herself. When she wants to, Celtic can show a kind side.. for a few minutes, before she ends up snapping and finds herself back into her old routine.
History
Celtic Snow's History has been a long journey in the making. Her life began before she became one of the daughters of the King. Her father was a great war general, and had been raging a war against the red dragons for centuries.
The great war general had been succeeding in bringing down the number of dragons, before a great warrior arose. He was the son of the commanding enemy, and fought to turn the tides of war.
The battle raged on for another century or two, forcing them both to dwindle vastly in number and power. In these grave times Celtic's Father turned to magics to turn the tides back on the dragons. During this time he bore his wife several daughters, confident that their care would occupy her time. This would be able to do things on his own terms and without council.
But, the general did something stupid while her back was turned, resulting in a foolish mistake that had cost them beyond what they could pay.
No one is left to tell what really happened that day.. At least that anyone knows.
Young Celtic Snow just remembers waking up to being completely alone, left somehow in Russia.
