Chateau Faux
From Unofficial Handbook of the Virtue Universe
In the hills surrounding Paragon City, there is a tale told by the country folk of an old dirt road only revealed by moonlight – they fearfully call it the Appian Way. The children tell each other stories of the white house at the end of the road where a red prince lives surrounded by beautiful nymphs. It’s a place where a kid can play all day with pixies and dwarves, eat chocolate cake for breakfast, be a real cowboy or an astronaut or anything they can dream of and never, ever have to grow up. Their mothers tell them these stories are inspired by the Devil, and their fathers insist they’re only dreams.
Only the children still know the truth about the faerie manor on the hill.
