Cobalt 57 and Cobalt 60 are siblings who survived the Shivan destruction of Galaxy City, their bodies absorbing but stabilizing the radiation. Solemn and usually silent, they have dedicated their lives to help prevent a repeat of the incident, training with staff weapons to be able to register as heroes for their home.
