Radioactivity
The Composer can manipulate radiation across the microwave spectrum. His high levels of radiation coursing through his body grant him significantly faster healing via temporarily supercharged cellular regeneration. His powers can also be employed to cause cellular damage, mutation, and degeneration. Subject's control over his abilities allows him to interact with other individual without threatening their health despite his toxic levels of radioactivity.
Skills
The Composer is incredibly intelligent, particularly in the fields of biomedical engineering, surgery, biochemistry, and torture. He is also a gifted composer particularly in the baroque style, an accomplished music instructor, and a natural baritone.
The Siren Device
Composer's Siren Device is a highly sophisticated biomedical device surgically implanted in his neck that modulates and amplifies the tonal frequency of his voice. This allows him to vocally impersonate anyone he has enough contact with, or significant recorded voice data on. However, he primarily uses the device to amplify and modulate his voice into focused, devastating sonic-based attacks.
The Composer has also installed the Siren Device in his former protege and victim, Petite Le Morte.
(OOC note: Petite's player came up with this device long before I started playing, but we agreed that IC, Composer would have invented it. Just in case there was any confusion on that score.)
