Corsia was my last shot at a character with hopes of keeping me interested in CoX longer. With the SG she was created for never getting underway, Corsia quickly became another solo character that I finally lost interest in. She was created because I wanted a character with a semi normal personality, it's ironic that I happened to make her appearance be the least "normal" of all my characters. Corsia's concept is similar to characters like Nightcrawler and Blink and her primary power is that she is a teleporter. The name Corsia was suggested to me by Talen Lee and is italian, meaning passage or gangway.

Character History
Morgan Giordano grew up in an italian area of South Philadelphia. Born a mutant, Morgan was born with purple skin, pointed ears, and spotted markings that run from her face and down her body. It wasn't until many years later that Morgan would find that she could teleport short distances by just thinking of the action. Growing up in the inner city was tough for young Morgan and she was often teased and bullied by the other children for her mutant appearance. With her being bullied often, Morgan's parents had her enrolled into learning martial arts at the age of 5 and it's something she still trains and enjoys to this day. After a cruel prank that her classmates played on Morgan at her Junior Prom, Morgan's parents decided it was time their daughter moved to Paragon City, hoping their daughter would get a fresh start and be more accepted by the city that seems to accept those like Morgan more openly.
Personality
Despite her features from her mutaton, Corsia is a normal teenage girl. Before moving to Paragon City, the young mutant learned to accept who she was, despite being made fun of for her purplish skin tone, markings, and pointy elf like ears. She tends to keep to herself and doesn't go out of her way to be social, but she can be very chatty to those who want to get to know her. Growing up being alienated most of her young life, Corsia long ago accepted she would likely never date or make many friends. Her move to a more accepting Paragon City now has her second guessing that decison.
Powers
Teleportation
Corsia's only power is her teleportation mutation. This power allows Corsia to teleport to most places by just thinking of where she wants to go, including through most solid objects if she can imagine the area on the other side. Porting through objects isn't as pinpoint for Corsia and has got her into some trouble when she guesses wrong. Corsia has also found that if she gets a good physical hold on others, she can teleport with them. One side effect of Corsia's teleportation seems to be that when she ports, any wound or injuries she suffered are gone when she finishes her port. When fighting, many will see her almost port in place just to exploit this healing side effect to her advantage.
Abilities
Hand to Hand Combat
For the past 12 years, Corsia has studied in multiple forms of Martial Arts and has mastered many strikes and holds. She has also recently begun to use her teleporting power to further add to her fighting skills.
Hand Blades
One of Corsia's favorite hand to hand weapons are her Hand Blades. These retractable ten inch blades are mounted on the backsides of each of her hands.
