Marksmanship
It has been suggested that the level of marksmanship & accuracy demonstrated by Jay Reynolds may have some kind of meta-human component, due to the low variability in results observed during E.L.I.T.E. training with self-propelled weaponry (i.e. bows, throwing knives/shuriken, etc.), but cannot be replicated in chemically propelled projectiles (i.e. bullets, missiles, etc.). However, no recordable emissions of mutant or other origin has been detected to date.
