Cult of the Leviathan

The Cult of the Leviathan is not only a cult but a race with a goal of reviving the Leviathan using offerings of flesh,bone, and blood. Older members have more monster like appearances like scaled tails, natural armored legs, two clawed feet, floppy ears, skulls and large bones from there shoulders, three small crystal like horns growing from there heads, Clawed hands ,and faintly glowing marks on there face. Elders of the cult wear light green robes with blue robes keeping it together, red sashes, and red mystic symbols tattooed on them. Most have a hatred for other atlanteans which they revive the leviathan to destroy Atlantis. Though some have turned away from the vile cult and seek to help the Atlanteans. They have a appearance of a very strange merfolk. Which might mean they are a long lost sub species of merfolk that live deep under water.
