Zachary Master, or, Cybermorph as he tends to go by has been operating under the radar of most people and organizations. Zack's weaponry and ability for disguise and infiltration are surpassed only by his destructive powers, all of which come from the armor he wears. The armor's origin is known only to Master. What is known is that he is able to somehow bend light with its cloaking abilities to make himself near invisible. Not only that but he has been noted on several occasions as infiltrating bases and military compounds by impersonating officials with the aid of the armor. Zack's main weaponry consists of a globular like plasma that is thrown from the gauntlets that immediately sticks and burns the victims, often times to 2nd and 3rd degree burns, as well as standard meta-human gadgets and devices. Cybermorph's files indicate his targets are legitimate bounties by both corporate and private entities. He is licensed to hunt in Paragon and abroad. (( RP ALL))
History
The Sky Turned Black
Zackary Master was born of a middle class family and was barely in his teens when the Rikti rained terror onto his parent’s apartment building in Baumton. Several bombs erupted on his street but graciously spared his building. As the air sirens blared, his parents began to hurriedly pack for the safer bunkers of Steel Canyon and Founder’s Falls, and Zack went to pack his bags as well. Another explosion next door rattled them and knocked them off their feet in their apartment, reminding them of their need to hurry. As his parents went to get him, another massive explosion rattled them from the other side of the building, killing the power to their rooms leaving them in the dark, save the burning fires of the entire section. The explosion however, did not stop like the others. The building next door had tilted and fell on top of their building he would later find, leading to a chain reaction of gas main explosions under them both. The ground itself began to give way as the foundations crumpled under the weight.
Parents screaming for him, Zack stood in the doorway as his parents came into focus. He barely had time to answer them when the building split between them and they fell to their deaths, crushed under several buildings worth of rubble and leaving a gapping hole in both the building and Zack’s heart. Still in shock, a team of heroes sweeping the area found him after the fury of the rikti had passed by, and brought him to a survivors camp. After Omega team and Alpha Team saved the earth from the Rikti, Zack’s life became anything but simple….
Visions and Dreams
As he became a ward of the state, Zack was passed from foster care to foster care and found no place that really accepted him. Haunting him each night to any of the parents’ he was placed with were nightmares and visions of that day. So much so that several psychologists suggested a mental probe from one of their Augers-Level mentalists. The visions began to take over his entire life, what little social life he had before was all but gone with the Rikti and the explosions, most of his friends were killed in the collapse. He withdrew from everyone and everything, doing little more then eating, sleeping, and staring out the window in the direction of home. After all was said and done, no probing was done, but instead conventional therapy unlocked a key to the puzzle. Zack’s one connecting artifact in all the dreams was that of the place of his parents death, now called Boomtown. Against the wishes of his councilors, he decided he was going to go there and find out anything if he could. Dodging security and the many gangs that had made their home in the burning rubble of the entire sector, Zack made his way down the crumbled streets and past the bent light poles of his former hometown. He finally located what was left of his old apartment complex after so long, it’s fire’s still smoldering. He sat down near the rubble and looked solemnly upon the ruins, but had little time to think before another vision struck him, showing him a place in the soil he needed to uncover.
