Known Powers
The Devil Fox is a devil with the power to possess mortals (and some immortals) to make them do her bidding. She can also manipulate them in less subtle ways, using her devil powers to fling them around psychokinetically, stun them with horrible visions of hell, or put them to sleep. She can also lash out with her mind, turning the sins of a person against them and making them feel the pain and anguish they have caused others.
Known Weaknesses
Because she is trying to redeem herself, many other denizens of Hell regard her as a traitor. She is also limited in her behavior due to the chains of sin she wears around her body. As she inflicts malicious harm, she gains more links, if she gains too many, the weight of her sins will drag her back to Hell where she will face an eternity of torture for her betrayal. She is very difficult to kill, but could be if confronted by a holy weapon wielded by someone truly righteous or innocent.

None as of yet, but sought for questioning in a number of deaths where she was nearby.
Personality
Lila is very outgoing and fun loving. She frequently lets people underestimate her by using slang and clipped English to promote the image of her being stupid or uneducated. The truth is quite the opposite, with 500+ human lifespans of experience she knows a little about everything. However with her new paradigm of redemption, she has found herself feeling lonely and out of place and this has led to her feeling frustrated and occasionally angry in situations that normally wouldn't bother her.
History
During the war in Heaven, Lila and a hand full of other Angels chose neither side in the conflict. Some did it because of cowardice or because they had the idea to join the “winning” side when it was all over. Lila was a muse, made by God to inspire others and through her inspiration create things. To her war, and conflict was anathema so she refused to fight. Despite her reasons, for her refusal to side with heaven she was sent below with the other fallen. She grew angry and bitter over what she felt was a great injustice, and when Lucifer offered her the job of collecting the souls of the damned (after damning them) she jumped at the chance. She felt by tricking humans out of their souls, and sending them to Hell, she was hurting God and thereby getting revenge on the Creator who had spurned her so long ago. More centuries passed and a realization slowly dawned on her, that she wasn't hurting God, she was hurting herself and those humans whom she had conned out of their souls. Wishing to set things right and redeem herself, she flew to the gates of Heaven and sought the counsel of her sister, now known as the Hero, Argent Vixen. On her behalf Argent pleaded her case before the Seraphim Council, who agreed to let Lila try to redeem herself by acts of contrition. She was given a golden chain, entwined about her body with each link representing a soul she had taken and damned to hell. If she could perform enough acts to shatter each and every link she would be redeemed and become a human. Then she would live her life as a mortal with a clean slate and her deeds, good or ill would determine her fate when she finally died in her mortal frame.
