Physical Description
Her body is a slender, vaguely female-featured hologram. She shimmers, shifts, and sometimes manages to bend reality around herself, giving an odd 'vortex' feel when she's moving. More often than not her body is darkly-colored with brightly glowing circuitry in some neon shade, though she's also been seen with any number of color combinations with no rhyme or reason.
Personality
Entirely dependent on the situation. She's cold, silent, and efficient at times of crisis, though even mirthful during a well-progressing battle, the echo of laughter touching at the minds of all around her. Usually she's unresponsive, but her features can shift into the semblance of expression, and she tends to be warm towards her allies, especially the more sincere they seem in their deeds.

Paragon History
'She' started appearing after any number of missing persons cases, first sporadically, aiding police endeavors and participating in random acts of vigilantism. Her moniker isn't self-described, simply coined through her appearance, and the trance she seems to be in.
Current Events
For such a short time, she's managed to work her way around the city, instances of her retaining tangible form lasting longer, her abilities and physical structure improving. She's sought out an organization, learning the key to her strengths, to build upon it.
No sightings have been reported in a rather long time.

Abilities
Aside from the physical abilities of this form, this entity seems to have a strong psychic footprint. She can read thoughts, feel emotions, even if her own deeper feelings are easily--and powerfully--shielded. Each passing day yields more strength to her psionic potential, driving this physical body to further feats. She is also able to assimilate certain tech devices provided a blueprint is accessible. An example of this is the integrated comlink that allows her to communicate in her own limited way by latching on to the mental wavelengths of all those in the network, i.e., her Supergroup mates. Though she still lacks verbal skills, she is able to project her own emotions as well as images into accessible minds to convey her feelings.
Weakness & Limitations
Her mental strength is still very limited, and whoever controls this hologram seems to need periodic, if sporadic periods of rest. The hologram itself never appears to tire, any damage or dispersion of its makeup being restored rapidly. The controller is the weakness, mental fatigue causing the image to break down, or vanish entirely. Also, due to her makeup, electro magnetic pulse (EMP) seems to be able to destroy her entirely, though the damage to her controller through such a shock is unknown...
Trivia
Completely and wholly inspired by the Orgy song 'Fiction(Dreams in Digital)' and planned, conceived, and created over the three or so minutes the song played.
