Disco Explosion is one of the many themed villains of Paragon City and the Rouge Isles. A madman who belives the 70's never ended and that Disco is forever. He plans on bringing back the funky groove of Disco to the Isles and plans on making his music the ONLY music, And he won't rest untill Lord Recluse himself is wearing a leisure suit!

The Funkateers
The Funkateers are the elite forces of the Disco Army! They've practived their dance moves so that they are almost as good as Disco Explosion himself! These moves inspire the rest of the Disco Army to bob and groove with the beat of Disco's music so their harder to hit and attack that much harder!
Funky Talker
Jason "Funky Talker" Jones known thruout the Discothèque as the smoothest talker this side of the Bronx. He hooked up with Disco after a wild night where they both charmed the same lady into doing the Hustle!
