A Mirror Mostly Shattered and Scorched
This is the praetorian of Professor Stephen Blackthorne, also known as 'The Romero Formula', but his life is quite different than that of United Underworld's own Romero Formula. It seems in Upsilon Beta 9-6 that the event which lead to Professor Stephen Blackthorn discovering his formula and the later event which lead to his transformation into a zombie never happened. He did however, create a formula which he called 'The Darkmatter Vector' which also did lead to his current condition. Apparently, on the exact same date and time that Romero was attacked and used his formula to prevent his death, a stabilization chamber containing the vector had destabilized and became volatile. The following explosion killed atleast 100 scientists and employees leaving the fatally wounded and nearly dead Doctor Blackthorne to perish. It seems luck was on Doctor Blackthorne's side, or was it, for a medical unit arrived just in time and stabilized him. The explosion gave him the power to control darkmatter, however there was a horrific price to pay: most of his body was damaged to the point where those parts were completely useless. He was then taken to a cybernetics expert who replaced fitted him with cybernetic body parts and organs to replace the decimated organic ones. After several hours of chemical therapy, skin grafts/skin regrowth, and various other processes...Doctor Blackthorne had completed his transition from human to 82% machine.
