Affiliations
- Dragonberry - A friend with which he tends to tussle verbally with. Considers her a great friend but doesn't let that stop the verbal jousting.
- Radey Ayte - Originator of the 'Shorty' moniker. Teamed with her often in his formative years.
- Penumbra Edge - Considers him a friend and enjoys poking fun at his claws.
- Kamikaze Mime - Teamed with him often during his formative years, along with Radey Ayte. Kamikaze fascinated Dorian with his abilities to kick butt while never speaking or making a sound, even in pain. Enjoyed making fun of his inter-dimensional seasickness, but always kept in the back of his mind the point to never, ever piss off a mime.
Supergroup: Teen Squadron
Personality
Mischievous, slightly rebellious, and all-around carefree best describes Dorian. He never makes mention of how rich his family is and does not speak much about his family or past. He does not, however, try to disassociate himself from his real estate mogul father, as he hopes that some of his actions cause him embarrassment. Due to his upbringing, he's rather insecure and lacks self-esteem.
Powers
His powers manifested themselves during his junior high school years. Russell Sims, a retired hero and his chauffeur and caretaker, taught him how to control and properly employ his abilities. His father, rarely paying even an iota of attention, would not find out about his abilities until the first headline in the Paragon Times.
Mind Control
Growing up, Dorian had a knack for getting what he wanted and getting people to do what he wanted. When angered by bullies, they would usually end up with a horrible headache. It wasn't until his ability to alter the wind became apparent that it was discovered that his mental wills were part of another set of abilities. While training with Russell, it was decided that his abilities of the mind were his alpha, where he was strongest, so they worked hardest at manifesting those. His powers over the mind are limited to mental coersion and muddling, however, and not in the realm of mind reading.
Storm Summoning
The first outward indicator of any powers within Dorian came on the practice field in 7th grade during gym class. During a game of dodgeball, he was hit hard in the face. As the class laughed, his anger grew to a rage and he summoned a wind that knocked the opposing team on their backsides. Russell pulled him out of school and home-schooled him for about 3 years, until Dorian insisted on returning to public school.
Aside from mastery of the wind, with tricks such as surrounding himself with it and forming it into a cyclone, he became able to alter the air (indoors or outdoors) to form an icy rain and even a thunderstorm! To this day though, he never considered himself liable for any damages to carpetting or upholstery. All part of the heroing business!
Flight
With constant altering of wind direction and speed, he optains the ability to fly in the air.
