Affiliations and Associates

Chase relishes working alone when he can in the field, but he's rarely seen without a backup team and a sponsoring agency when conducting operations.

Intelligence Community

Chase has multiple contacts across the globe, but mostly specializes in domestic and Middle-eastern intelligence fronts. He has been seen working with FBI, NSA, and CIA operatives abroad, as well as partaking in group ventures with Interpol and MI-5.

Mossburrow

While Chase officially retired his status as a Mossburrow Agent in 2008, he is still in frequent contact with the current high command of the cell, along with several other past veterans of the movement.

Vanguard

When the Rikti invasion came to Paragon City, Chase was one of the first to volunteer to join the Vanguard Corps. He closely worked with their scientists and technicians to design explosive devices and their delivery methods to the Rikti ships. Chase's rifle was heavily modified, under his supervision, in Vanguard ballistics laboratories.

Personality

Chase is a very down-to-earth person, never expanding himself to be more important than he really is. He's happy to joke around with friends and strangers at Pocket D when he's off work, opting to volunteer as bartender on some nights. When he's on the clock, Chase is very devoted to his work - it's his life, his passion. He'll eagerly share stories about being "in the field" to woo women at nightclubs. On the job, Chase is mostly professional, but is not above making a necessary wise-crack.

Skills, Proficiencies, and Abilities

Chase is not a superhero. All of his skills and abilities are a result of endless training drills and adhering to strict field discipline when on assignments. He trained with a TR-116 Battle rifle while still a recruit in Mossburrow, and has since procured one for his own use after his retirement, opting to modify it extensively for his purposes. Chase's attachment to several global intelligence agencies has allowed him to receive high-level certifications in a large variety of disciplines.
