Although a self-proclaimed "villain" Stephen Josephs never lost the calm and sarcastic side of himself from his youth. He is everything but a maniacal madman bent on world domination - and is, instead, just an eager student of science and will go through any lengths to learn all he can. He often tries to make puns - some witty, others terrible - at every awkward moment he can muster.

Knowledgeable

Stephen attended Cambridge University and obtained a Doctorate in Computer Science as well as Engineering, but has a myriad of other skills that he has demonstrated to be quite proficient in. He speaks, fluently, in several different languages including Korean, Russian, German, Spanish, and French. ((Not actually demonstrated in-game, as the player does not know any of these languages.))

He is also a master in many video games.
