Known Background Information
Once a proud luchador in his home country of Mexico, Raùl Suârez, commonly known by his ring name El Rojo Gigante, became an incredible celebrity. Children adored him, women wanted him, men wanted to be him. A popularity of this magnitude hasn't been seen since the famous El Santo himself. During one match, however, the man changed. He had become a much fiercer opponent in the ring, showing little mercy on others and resorting to cheap tactics often. Some considered it simply a heel turn for the character El Rojo Gigante, but it wasn't him simply acting. Raùl himself had changed into a much less noble man.
Abandoning his home country of Mexico, El Rojo Gigante traveled the United States, wrestling in both independent and professional circuits. He still exhibited his less than admirable tactics in the ring. No one is quite sure what lead him to leave behind his wrestling career, but eventually El Rojo Gigante became yet another criminal in the city of Paragon. He is now focused on proving himself as the greatest fighter there is, challenging all, hero and villain alike, for that title.
