General
Anita Kazei currently holds a dual-citizenship with the US and the UK, and currently lives in Paragon City, Rhode Island with her maid, Katherine St. Pierre. She attends Paragon City University's advanced placement classes and is tutored at home at her own grade level. When she's not at school or working as Serge's personal assistant, Anita dons an outfit of her own design and pursues crime-fighting as a means to maintain her impressive skills at traditional Japanese fencing, called Kendo.
History
Anita Kazei was born in a military hospital on October 23rd, 1994 to Mizumi Kazei and Sir Anthony Blake out of wedlock. Her mother, who was struggling with anemia, tragically died giving birth to the girl. Sir Blake, unable to manage both his career and a child, passed the girl off to a personal nanny, Katherine St Pierre.
Personality
Electrosabre is a quiet and meditative individual who says very little in the heat of battle. She is unfamiliar with technology, but is impressed by it and always tries to learn more. In class she's well-mannered and polite, but can be bluntly honest when asked for her opinion. She's particularly harsh on those who don't take their tasks seriously, and is quick to act as the the moral compass of any group she's in. This has left her with an odd reputation with Freedom Corps, where her comrades respect her ability, but hesitate to team with her because of her condescending nature.
Family
Anita Kazei was born to Group Captain Sir Anthony Blake and the late Mizumi Kazei. She has two half-sisters she does not know about, Midori Kazei and Miyako Kazei, who currently reside in Nagano, Japan.
Equipment
Electrosabre carries either a katana (a japanese sword) or a bouken (a traditional japanese wooden sword) with her at all times, but is skilled at a variety of swordfighting techniques, including epee and saber fencing, Persian Shamshir (a highly curved sword used in the crusades), and Highland Claymore (heavy, armor-crushing swords of scottish origin).
Accomplishments
Electrosabre was propelled into the media spotlight by stumbling on a bank robbery headed by the Vhazilhok. She was able to catch the robbers and detain them before they were even able to reach the vault, an impressive display which led Longbow to scout her for Freedom Corps.
