Morning
Step outside of my humble cottage out in the country. Breathe the fresh air of open lowlands. Stroll around a bit then walk back inside to get ready for the day. Look at myself in the mirror. Gasp and Gag. Make various cosmetic improvements. The eyes look pretty baggy, put on more make up. Kiss my state-provided foster son a good-bye and get in my car. Drive to work
Afternoon
Something isn't right today. State media is reporting possible kidnapping of our national leader in another dimension. I got so much paperwork to do I can't even be appropriately surprised by this breaking news. What did I have for lunch? I think I have got the cramps today. In a foul mood, Dieter is hitting on me again in the office. Next chance I have I will post him to Siberian Oil-field maintenance. The news look real bad now, something is seriously wrong with our glorious leader. Looks like our deapartment is getting called in for assembly, I wonder what's going on?
Evening
Everyone in the administration, in human resource, in... Well.. I see the whole of AS here. They assigned me as a Hauptsturmführer. We're all getting impressed into front line active duty service.. Front-line? In this Unified Utopian World? Is this an alien invasion? Dieter is here, too. Oh, no.. He's walking towards me again.. He talks to me again I am going to gently persuade him to an Infirmary. Oh great, we're in the same unit now, he has no psychic powers, why is he in my unit? Standartenführer Schmidt says we're going through a portal. This must be a rescue mission for our leader. So he DID get kidnapped, how was this possible?
Night
We came through, everyone made it through alive. Who are these red and white clad goons? We are getting shot at real bad. Our unit is doing its best to confuse these tights so they attack themselves. It's working, they are murdering themselves! Pitiful creatures, that's what you get for attacking and resisting Elite Guards of AS. Wait, who are these tights flying in? I can't maintain my psionic storm field anymore, somebody that just arrived has much stronger psionic abilities than I. We're done for, they knew we were coming and there's just too many of them.
Morning
I wake up inside a cold, dirty cell. My uniform is ripped and torn. I can't establish a psychic link with my unit, they must have done some vile things to me. So this is how it ends, stuck inside a cell as a common criminal. Unable to go back to my Heimat Axis Amerika. This failure will not be acceptable back home. No regrets, I fought for my world and was subdued for it. I do regret not being able to take care of my son, though... Will I ever see my son again... What's that noise? Sounds like helicopters...
Obfuscated History
Famke and her generation never knew large scale wars. The Axis State always taught them that their ancestors paid a huge price in blood so that they may live in peace. They are not taught how or who bled to maintain the regime. This is following the tradition set up by Heinrich Himmler who confided with his staff that the atrocities of war and camps should never be spoken of at cost of their own humanity so that the later generation may live in peace free from guilt. In the late 1940's When the war was over, ALL SS-Totenkopfverbände personnels, civilians, and anyone who were not involved with combat but rather involved with overseeing the concentration camps, were rounded up and killed in gas chambers so that no one outside the inner circle of the regime would know or remember the inhumane treatments of socially unacceptables. This has helped the Unified Axis Earth to progress without hinderance of dire past. The young population of Axis World only knows of peace, prosperity, and security of communities.
Fragile Present
The world domination by national socialists, fascists, and imperialists of Axis powers finally made them see that they needed to either eliminate each other or live in peace with their slightly different ideas. The three agreed to form a Imperial Global Socialist government that oversaw all three states' holdings on the planet. All killings of enemies and conquered people ceased as they soon realized the term "Master" was really senseless without "Slaves" to be masters of. Knowing this, they started re-educating the conquered people to willingly serve them. This was next to impossible at first so the global government employed those who are gifted with abilities to persuade the conquered to become willing serfs of the state. While there are still problems with this program, it has yielded positive results over the past six decades. The AS psychological warfare division was the organization that made sure that all serfs in Axis America were kept in place by keeping a careful watch on their conditioning program. Thanks to her division's efforts, the world was a safer and better place to live.
