God Hand is a "Villain" in Paragon City and The Rogue Isles. Although he is not your typical world domination chaos causing villain he is simply a man that enjoys the challenge and rush of martial combat. He is wanted for escaping the Zig.

Character History
Origin
God hand's history is one of rumor and speculation. No one knows exactly where he came from and if he is really as old as some have learned. Some believe God hand is just a normal man who was born with Super Strength, others believe he has somehow traveled through time and ended up in the wrong era and even more far fetched that he is Ares, God of War trapped in a mortal shell. Whatever is the most information anyone has gained from God Hand is his name is Jason Aries and he is 30 years old, the rest he deems is unimportant. God Hand is a minimalist wanderer and one day just showed up in Paragon City, he got his start in Underground Bare knuckle brawls which he still does today from time to time. He earned the the nickname of God Hand for being able to seemingly put down anyone with a single devastating right hook, however God Hand began getting bored competing with normal men pretending to be tough and looked for a greater challenge and began to target both Paragon's Heroes and Villains.
First Fight
God Hand's first battle with meta humans was against the Teen Superhero Quartet, The Galaxy Boys who claimed in a news report that Galaxy City was under their protection from all scum of the City. God Hand spent weeks watching them fight crime and thought they would make a good challenge to get their attention God Hand robbed the Galaxy City bank...sort of. He walked into the bank and right into the vault ripping it off it's hinges and took two sacks full of money and then ordered one of the tellers to call the Galaxy Boys he then stood out front of the bank and waited which confused both the bank tellers and the PPD. When the Galaxy Boys showed up God Hand immediately threw himself at them and viciously assaulted them, the team through everything they had at him yet were unable to so much as phase him, in the end God Hand brutally defeated them and left them laying in the street beaten to near death. Having defeated them and judged them as weak God Hand returned the Money to the bank and simply walked away although now he was seen as a villain.
Hero Hunt
After defeating the Galaxy Boys more fledgling and some veterans heroes came after God Hand seeking to put him away and God Hand soundly defeated them all. This caught the attention of Vanessa Hammond who publicly ran Hammond International and one of the richest women in the world, privately however Hammond had been gathering Super Powered villains to use in a gambling game which she called Hero Hunting. She would send groups of villains after a target hero and she and others would bet on which of them would kill them or if the hero would live to fight another day. While God Hand hated the idea he signed on anyway hoping to find a hero worth the challenge. God Hand's target was a hero named Altansar, God hand accompanied his villain group to face down the powerful Sorcerer hero but by the time God hand got to Altansar he had already been pretty beaten and shot with a power dampener making him unable to fight back properly. God Hand still fought Altansar and ordered him to stay down and he would end his life quickly, however Altansar shocked God hand by ripping the power dampener right out of his body and used his most devastating spell to escape from God Hand.
This inspired God hand to want to fight Altansar at his best and he refused to participate in the next rounds against Altansar unless he could get him one on one and at full strength. God Hand would get his wish during the 3rd round of the Hunt, Altansar and God hand finally had their one on one bout with Altansar not holding back in the least bit against God Hand. The two went at each other like wild dogs until they were interrupted by another villain hunting Altansar, Scarp-yard. Scrap-yard was so determined to kill Altansar he attempted to kill God hand as well just so he could have Altansar to himself, God Hand and Altansar decided to temporarily team up to defeat Scrap-Yard and his army of drone bots. After they took him out Altansar used his powers to incapacitate God Hand and escape again impressing the bruiser.
Finally when Altansar and 7 members Legionnaires came after Vanessa Hammond, God Hand met them in battle. Although he would've rather fought Altansar one on one he didn't mind the others joining the battle, God Hand fought them off for an extremely long time and nearly defeated several of them. But in the end the Legionnaires was too much for God Hand and for the first time in his life God Hand was knocked out. Afterwards God hand was arrested and sent to the Zig but he was not bitter about it, far from it. Altansar and The Legionnaires had earned God Hand's respect and now God Hand feels as though Altansar has his rival since he has yet to defeat him and it was he who handed God Hand his first loss. Quietly he waited in the Zig for the day he would get out so he could have his rematch with Altansar.
Escape from the Zigursky
Recently in a plot to take down the Legionnaires, God Hand was freed by an unknown man and several Nemesis Agents. Although God Hand originally was going to stay in the Zig, the promise of a rematch with Altansar was too much to pass up and he left with the Nemesis Agents. When Altansar heard of God Hand's escape he did and interview with Paragon News about how he would personally take down God Hand and put him back into the Zig single handedly and that he wouldn't be free for long. God hand took this as a challenge personally from Altansar and although he respected him God Hand's honored demanded he face Altansar again. Ignoring what ever grand scheme his rescurer had planned God Hand has started his way back to Paragon City to fight Altansar again.
Personality
Even though Godhand is classified as a villain he personally doesn't believe he is and believes that the titles of Hero and Villain are worthless. He has loyalty to no one but himself and holds his honor above all else in this world. God Hand does have a sense of morality he will absolutely above all else harm or endanger innocent people and only fights though who are well within the means of defending themselves. He views most of the so called villains of the Rogue Isles as weak because they prey upon the innocent and at times has been seen fighting against them in their defense, God Hand is just a man that is seeking to better himself through combat and unfortunately that doesn't fit into today's society. Altansar has said that God hand has the unfortunate handicap of living in the wrong era and had he been a warrior in Ancient History he was be revered as a great Warrior, General or Possibly a King.
God Hand unlike most villains and even some heroes doesn't kill most of his opponents. He will only do so if they demand it in a way to regain their lost honor or if the situation calls for it. As for his own life God Hand doesn't care if he dies. God Hand is not a very social person and doesn't speak often believing that actions speak louder than words.
Powers & Abilities
About the only bit of information discovered about Godhand while he was incarcerated was that he has the mutant gene although if anyone had seen him fight they could clearly note that his strength is well over the normal limits. God hand is incredibly strong and has tossed cars as big as SUVs several blocks easily, while fighting the longer he fights the stronger he seemingly gets. Although Godhand is not invulnerable his sheer strength of will has seen him stand from an astonishing amount of punishment, pain seems to not affect God Hand in any way he just isn't affected by it. He doesn't flinch, wince, or grimace when hit he simply just seems to shrug it off even though he takes the damage. The only time God Hand has been beaten to unconsciousness was from facing against the Legionnaires and if his body hadn't given out on him who knows what would've happened.
God Hand mutant ability heals him faster than normal human beings and doesn't leave scars on his body. It's also theorized that it has hardened his skin a bit since it is tough to pierce or break. God Hand is a self trained boxer and relies squarely on his fists in combat and whatever objects he can wield(Cars, Street Lights, Lamp Posts he doesn't care if it is bolted down.) But usually his fists are enough. He has also been seen leaping great distances which is usually how he gets around.
OOC Information
- As a minimalist God Hand wears whatever he gets his hands on. Currently he has been seen wandering around in his Zig prison uniform.
- God hand still fights in underground bareknuckle competitions to make ends meet so he can have a place to eat and usually sleeps on the roof of buildings or in motels.
- His exploits haven't gone unnoticed, Arachnos, Longbow and other organizations are watching him though he doesn't care and will gladly take on whoever.
