Modus Operandi

Eric Starr, AKA Gravimetric Man, wants nothing more than to end crime permanently. Tired of the constant crime that plagues Paragon City, he intends to find a way to stop it, contain it, and rehabilitate it to make for a better tomorrow. And he intends to do it through non-violent means. He has created a power suit specifically made to fight crime through non-lethal means. He is still trying to figure out a way to contain villains in a way that is more effective than the current methods, in which villains are able to escape constantly and cause more mayhem. After which, he intends to find a way to start rehabilitating the criminals within their containment.
