Brief Personal History: As a soldier, John was honored in every way. His combattraining was part of the new program the government had allowed "CreyIndustries" to design. It turned him into the ideal killing machine. Afterthree years of the special training he was sent into one of the hottest warzones of the time. He became the leader of a special ops team the responsiblefor taking out several terrorist leaders. After another three years of being inthe trenches he was brought back into the states to be part of a new projectcalled "Project Eclipse". Soon after he arrived in Paragon City andmet Lady America, American-Marvel and Hurricane McShane. He was soon afterinvited into the group and began his new life as a member of "UnitedSentinels of America". After spending a couple years on the team he waspromoted to a higher responsibility position. He has attempted to do his bestin this role, but not sure if he fits the part of a leader, or role model. Hefought along side some of the city's best heroes being in this group. Such as Hurricane McShane, American-Marvel, Lady America, Sol Imperium, Hammer of thePeople, Sky Trueheart and many others.

Brief Personal History:
Mark was in the "Project Eclipse" Program ran by"Crey Industries" when Luke(the previous "Guardian ofFreedom") came up missing. He was chosen because he has almost the sametraining and abilities...with one major difference..he is a mutant. He grew upin a small town just outside of Reno, Nevada. He learned quickly to play by therules...of the street, not society. Those were the rules that would keep himalive. Atleast untill he became a mutant. None of the good people of the smalltown would support him in surviving the streets, afraid he would hurt them. Itwasn't like he looked different, except his solid white eyes. That was enoughto be shuned by the people of the town. His mutation became known to him at age12, and not meeting or even hearing of others like him till he was 18 left himhating humans since almost of them treated him very badly. When he wasapproached by the recruiters for "Project Eclipse" he learned he wasnot alone and not all humans were like the ones he had known. Thanks to hismutant abilities his military training went very quickly. Some may have said hecheated, but it is not his fault he can take out a whole group of bad guyswithout firing a shot. After serving on several mission proving his abilitiesin the field, he was approached to go to Paragon City to take the place ofLuke(original Guardian of Freedom) who is MIA at the moment. He gladleyaccepted the assignment after reading all of the reports of the heroes thatLuke had been working with. He came to Paragon City and arrived at the meetingpoint to find Hurricane McShane allready there waiting. After introducing himselfand being told to call him Hank, they stepped on the portal pad and teleportedto the groups base. He was debriefed in the meeting room by American-Marvel,Esmereta and Hurricane McShane. Mark has taken over the responsiblities Luke oncehad as a "Golden Member" of the group, somewhat of a leader role.Never having been a leader before he accepted the duty but let them know hemight need some helpfull hints from time to time. Since arriving and joining upwith the team, one snag has arrived. Luke's nephew "Shock Tower" hasrecently arrived looking for his uncle. He has joined the "UnitedSentinels of America" as well and seams to be asking questions about hisuncle's disapearance. This could become a problem to the mission.....
