Appearance
Norivia would look more common on the set of a fantasy based movie of elves then out in the real world. She fits has many of the features portrayed on a elf; pointed ears, beautiful face, flawless complexion, and silky flowing hair. With all the common features she does have exotic features; pink colored hair with a tail of pink fur. The tail on its own seems very dexterous and possibly could hold onto small objects with ease. Over her green colored eye she has a white tribal styled star over her eye, its significance is lost to her though.
She carries her self well with almost perfect posture, though the way her rather large bust reacts to her posture she tends to cover herself up with her arms when idling around. She is built athletically and fit from many months and years of Arachnos training regiments.
Her equipment or gear that she carries on her person at most times include a black berry phone which she has become quite talented at using, and a set of knives which she uses in case of melee combat.
Background

Hail Star's origin lead to a time where the conflict in Warburg was turning badly for Arachnos. Wanting to find quick and easy solutions to their problem they decided to bolster their army with more drones. One possible solution was to travel to another dimension and capture the mentally gifted. This was the case of Hail Star, however the dimension or reality they went to fought back and even pushed into the Arachnos base on the prime plane.
Not desiring to face the brunt of two armies, the portal was closed on the Arachnos side, locking the dimension from the prime plane. All data was destroyed to prevent rogue agents from traveling to the plane again.

Hail Star was the last of the test subjects brought back from the plane. It was found that their minds were incompatible with the current drone technology instead they wiped the mind of the Norivia and began training her to be a Soldier of Arachnos. What was unexpected however that Nori's nature would persist through the memory loss.
She was capable of being the best in her class but she show'd to much restraint when it came to killing others, she was punished for her actions. She rose through the ranks of the common soldier until her mental powers appeared, she was then enlisted into the ranks of the widow.
OOC
While not physically strong, she is capable of seeing actions before they actually happen giving her time to dodge the attacks or actions taken to her. She is strong mentally so she is resistant to the probes of other psychics and the mind altering effects of pheromones.
