The Winslow case is well known in the Southwest. Her brutal murder of her father and severn other men at the Brickbat Bar and Grill is well known and some of the video tapes from that establishment have even made it to the internet and popular file sharing sites. Her case still divides those who feel she should be punished for those murders and those who feel her victims got some form of perverse justice. Either way, Candy herself said little on the incident during her brief incarceration in Zigursky Penitentiary. Guard reports she was in a daze during those few weeks and was relatively docile. After the Arachnos breakout, she disappeared into Mercy island, and outside of a few reports of various robbery's and petty thefts by a super strong woman, little is known about what she was doing at this time.

Powers
Candy has two powers. She is super strong and has a force field which she has some but not total control over.
Her super strength appears to come from some meta ability which allows her to flood her system with a form of super-adrenaline for extended periods of time. No known tests have been done on Candy to determine how strong she is, but investigations of crime scenes she has been a part of show she has easily crushed reinforced steel vault doors and flipped fully loaded police vans which were in her way.
Her orange glow seems to be at least partially uncontrolled and she is never seen without an all-over orange glow. When she was imprisoned she either would not or could not lower the field for various tests which Zigursky technitions wished to perform. Records taken during her incarceration show Hard-Lok technology was required in order to drain her abilities enough for her to be kept in even a reinforced cell.
Candy is not known to have any other meta abilities.
Has been seen to fly through the use of some form of rocket boot technology, probably gained during her frequent raids on tech warehouses.
Affiliations
Candy was for a brief period of time affiliated with the Dread Aces. No specific records exist of her work with them but it is assumed this is where she picked up the rocket boots.
Currently, Candy associated with the mysterious Branded group whose goals and aims are unknown. She has been seen in the company of both of the leaders, Woe and Checkout Girl, and with several other members who claim membership in Branded. Her role appears to be one of bodyguard or enforcer for the group but she has been known to freelance as well.
Woe
Woe is an enigma angel to Candy and one of the reasons she stays with and protects Branded members. Kindness by Woe and acceptance of her various personality issues have allowed Candy to feel more comfortable with herself and around others as well. While she
