Formally a soldier in the U.S. Army, Micah was a local of Paragon City who enlisted in the army at the age of 18. He proved to be a capable enough soldier that the government decided to place him on a special national program that involved dealing in the national defense of the world against what were deemed as "terrorist organizations". For six years of Micah's life he worked within the military cell he was placed in, having several run ins with many different groups. Some of which included Arachnos, The Council, and even the 5th Column. Though no one at the time was aware of Micah's work, or even the cell he was apart of.
After six years had passed, and achieving a rank of Major with various medals and honors to his name, Micah was given an Honorable Discharge from service and granted leave to go home. Upon his return to Rhode Island how ever, he discovered that things in Paragon City were just as bad as when he left for the military. Finding himself some work with the organization D.A.T.A. Micah began to gather up equipment for himself that he either got from the army surplus stores he knew of, or just gadgets he cobbled together himself, all of which he kept in his apartment, even taking time to quietly follow various heroes and Longbow agents around the city and salvage what he could from their battles as he slowly over the course of the next two years, began to assemble for himself his own personal equipment, using the money he got from working for D.A.T.A. to keep himself a place to live and work on his personal projects.
When the time finally came, Micah formally submitted his resignation to D.A.T.A. and then shortly after, made his way into City Hall wearing his armor and fatigues, and equipped with a small arsenal of gadgets and weapons that could rival a S.W.A.T. team. On that day, he registered himself as a hero of the city, no longer being just the military veteran Micah Alexander, but the Urban Soldier... Hell Trooper!

Life Today
As Hell Trooper, Micah has spent many of his days patrolling Paragon City and dealing with many situations within it, both big and small. Ranging from dealing with simple purse thieves, or dealing with cells of troops from The Council and 5th Column. There have even been a couple moments where Hell Trooper has been caught up in intense firefights against Arachnos. Ultimately, Micah’s life as Hell Trooper is no more different than his days in the 'Secret Cell', only now he's working as a lone wolf, using what he knows to continue fighting the good fight.
Personality
While Hell Trooper prefers to work alone in the things he does, he is by no means anti-social. He is a very pleasant person to be around in social situations, and is also very personable with people he sees to be his friends. While 'on the job' though, he takes a more professional bent on his outlook with things. Maintaining his focus on whatever situation is present before him, and only speaking when he needs to discuss tactics with others or alert anyone he may be working with about something going on in a battle.
Powers/Abilities/Equipment
Battle Gear:Hell Trooper uses a wide variety of weapons and gadgets in his battles. Often times carrying enough gear on him to rival a small Marine Squadron.
Military Training:Being a soldier, Hell Trooper posses' formal military training that he employs in his battles. Primarily tactics and personally set procedures on how he deploys his gear in a fight. Though it is presumed that he also has knowledge in hand-to-hand combat and survival training as well.
Weaknesses/Limitations
Mortality:Since Hell Trooper is ultimately nothing more than a common Human being, he is vulnerable to all of the dangers and ravages that any Human must endure.
