Origin

One of the first generation of so called "mutants" born after the splitting of the atom in 1938. The boy grew fast, reaching maturity in just four years, just in time to join the war effort alongside the greatest heroes of that era. Having helped win the war he went on to fight crime and injustice all over the world for decades.

In 1989 during the Freedom Phalanx' battle against Reichsman and Amerika Korps, The Highest was inside the Portal Corp building when it was destroyed. He was believed dead but had been caught in a dimensional blast and thrown into a different world.

The Highest adventured through alternate dimensions for the next 20 years, facing off against countless inter-dimensional threats while searching for a way back to his own world. Finally, in 2009, while leading a minor rebellion against Battle Maiden on Warrior World, he was found by explorers from Primal Earth and he was able to return home.

Powers

The Highest matured quickly, aging about four years for every year until he was five years old. Since then he has aged much slower and now 70 years later he still looks to be in his thirties. He is super-strong and practically invulnerable, although not quite at the same level as Statesman, but - as he likes to point out - Statesman had a headstart. The Highest can also fly and shoot beams of energy from his eyes.
