Warnings
OOC Warning: This knowledge is a VERY closely guarded secret by Iceciro, and aside from presenting it in an OOC sense so everyone can get a feel for how his powers work, the inner workings of the suit would not be common knowledge. The effects would be, but notsomuch the limitations. In any case, if you wish to have some knowledge of his powers roleplayed in a scene by you character, the safest rule to follow is pretty much - you know what they do, but not how, when, or to what extent.
The main reason this is here is so that people can get an idea of how his powers work OOC, and because I feel like writing it down.

The Iktir Matrix
The Iktir Matrix. The name Iceciro has coined to describe the reversal of Ritki power conduits that allows him to convert nearly any kind of energy - biological, mechanical, and some forms of arcane - into his suit, and use it to fuel his suit. The technology is unique to Iceciro, and while on the surface the idea of merely swapping some circuits in a Ritki suit sounds easy, the technique is one practiced and thoroughly refined by Iceciro to the product which has made him a powerleeching terror - and something that he studied the Ritki for years to emulate. All Iktir technology and suits is designed with multiple failsafes to make it cease operation, in some cases violently, if not handled the way Iceciro would handle it.
Iktir Drain
As the tangible light beams released from his gloves strike an opponent, the technology flows around and throughout the target. Any form of tangible energy that the suit can absorb is drawn back as the beam dissapate. This energy is stored within the suit, and is often drawn into a capsule-like battery encased within his suit. Often Iceciro carries many of these on his person at any one time, most filled, into order to keep himself operating at full efficiency each time. The "batteries" can be recharged as he leeches his targets, or can be expended for spectacular effects - a mighty torrent blizzard that destroys all but the most resilient foes, a controlled energy burn that increases the speed at which he is able to attack by over 60%, a massive burst of Psionic energy - the possibilities are numerous.
Iceciro can fire these drain abilities in his primary suit, but not in his psychic suit.
Iktir Power Replication and Theft
All of Iceciro's non-drain powers were stolen from others who contained the powers within themselves. While the Iktir Drain can be accomplished at range, the Power Theft requires direct contact of Iceciro's fingers with the subject. As the fingers touch the body, they instantly begin a process like the Iktir Drain, slowly starting to draw energy out of the target. As the energy is drawn into his suit, more than just the effects of the power are drawn - at this close level of contact, the drain is so pure and unpolluted by other molecules that the stored energy can be in effect reverse-engineered by him back at his lab.
Prolonged contact with the actual fingers of Iceciro's suit of a time period greater than ten minutes has a high potential to turn the most happy, jumpy human being into a dried up corpse, all energy in the cells, both stored and active, drained out of the body, until the body lacks even the simple energy to continue heart and lung functions, resulting in a quick death. The most difficult part of this is somehow jamming people's ability to Mediport away back to the safety of their relative hospitals. Even a short touch can drain enough of the raw powers to be copied and studied, however.
While in the field, Iceciro cannot convert this energy into a new set of powers, he must return to his lab and study the energy signatures, and build a new suit capable of emulating the powers to their maximum level.
Iceciro can enact this Power Theft ability in any of his current suits, as long as prolonged touch contact is kept.
Things Iceciro cannot copy/draw power from
Innate abilities, like a mutant's toxic blood, that do not manifest themselves in more powered variants outside of the body cannot be copied in a traditional sense - they can be stolen and the powers nullified (see below) but Iceciro cannot simply manifest toxic blood in a new suit, as the suits are not living organisms. However, if the ability is to control an existing substance, a suit can be made to emulate the control ability.
Cast Magic - that is magic that is not a forged part of a person, such as a wizard's spells, cannot be drawn in by Iceciro. However, innate magical abilities, such as a demon's ability to pull negative energy and use it as a weapon, can be. There is generally a fine line between what he can copy and what he cannot - however in all cases he can draw ENERGY from them, though the theft is the questionable area.
