Personality
While the prisoner can be the soul of gentility when he wishes to be, his words cannot be trusted. His sarcastic demeanor and general disdain for anyone whom he sees as inferior (Which is everyone he meets) is infuriating. The fact that he seems to draw people in despite his attitude is simply amazing. It is my recommendation that the patient be isolated from other prisoner's and kept under the strictest security...

Powers and Abilities
Jacob Nisumari posesses a knowledge and grasp of arcane principles that rivals that of scholars who've had many lifetimes to perfect their art. In particular he has vast knowledge in regards to the Nisumari's signature ritual wherein they imbue a subject with great power. A process that directly resulted in his sister's abilities and abnormalities. He has not limited himself with morals and will resort to the blackest of magics if he feels it is necessary, or will expedite his goals.
Though physically unimposing, Jacob makes up for this through several henchmen who are far more physically capable than he himself is. Despite his lithe form, he is preternaturally quick, and has shown strength greater than he should rightfully posess. He is however reluctant to use these abilities, either because he prefers to leave that to those he's gathered specifically for that task, or simple laziness is anyones guess.
Weaknesses
Although a skilled magician, Jacob Nisumari is still human and subject to all the limitations that implies. Though his mastery of magic gives him some protection not afforded to your average office worker, If not prepared, he is easily dealt with like anyone else. The problem is he is rarely ever unprepared...
History
Born into a mage family, the Nisumari family is one that has studied all forms of supernatural powers for centuries. In the beginning, they discovered a unique method of creating magical energy and imbuing it with sentience. Unfortunately, the being would die within minutes of its creation. To prevent this, the being would be created, warded, killed, and anchored permanently into a just matured adult of the family. This ritual could happen every century to the first-born of a generation before they became an adult, but was often ignored due to an already active Angel or other "complications."
Jacob Nisumari was unfortunately the second child of the chosen's family, and as such was neglected in favor of his sister whom could do no wrong and was often the scapegoat for any mistakes that occured while he was around. Living a solitary life and learning the family trade on his own has made Jacob a very solitary person, and the treatment he recieved from his parents had made him bitter towards society in general.
After the accident which killed his parents, and created his sister as she is now, Jacob fled into the dark underbelly of Paragon. It is here he found his first henchmen and found his purpose...a purpose that landed him in police custody and eventually the Ziggarut, which he escaped from during the Arachnos attack which freed many of the Destined Ones.
The Warden
Jacob has inherited the hereditary task of maintaining and assisting the Angel in their tasks. Though his enthusiasm towards this duty is questionable, he is the most knowledgable and capable person when dealing with his sister, and any who have been put through the creation ritual like her.
