Itho'Zsk is mainly a character I made out of an idea for a zombie type person. The idea of him came from watching "Dawn of the Dead," and remembering a part of the second episode of the second season of "Dexter."

Personality
Becoming an undead does something to your personality. After his undeath, Alistair seemed to have lost everything that made him who he was. Before, when he was human, he was an extremely caring person. He would help anyone he could, simply to see them happy. In fact, he was hoping to one day become a therapist, however those dreams are now impossible. Now, he simply does what his master tells him to. Whether or not it is because of the magic used on him, it is unknown to all but the Dark Lord.
Powers
Through the magics of the Dark Lord, Itho'Zsk is able to summon and control the undead. He is also able to control the darkness to hurt his enemies and help his allies. Due to his state of undeath, Itho'Zsk seems to be unable to die through normal means and is also able to jump long distances.

Alistair was born to a doctor and a psychologist. He had only one brother, who unfortunately died at the age of 8 to a rare illness not even his father could cure.
Nothing much, besides his brother's death, happened in Alistair's life to traumatize him. He grew up with a normal life, and plenty of friends. In high school, he fell in love with his best friend Alex. At first Alistair was afraid to tell him, taking in account of the chances of Alex being a homophobe, but he lucked out, as Alex found out he was gay in 6th grade. Their relationship followed them all the way to college, where an unfortunate event destroyed everything they knew...
Undeath
It was Alistair's 21st birthday, and he was taken out by Alex and a few other friends to a local gay bar. After a night of beer and hot half-naked guys, Alistair and Alex decided to end the night by staying at Alex's brother's apartment. His brother was away on business, so they had the apartment all to themselves. The morning after, they were shocked when they looked out the window and saw what seemed like zombies roaming the streets. Taking their chances, they decided to try to get to their car, and leave the city. However, as they were about to get to the car, they were attacked by a group of zombies who got the attention of even more zombies. Alex was bitten by one of the zombies and Alistair's face was scarred by another, they were able to escape before being eaten by the cannibals. Thinking hastily, they got into an open storm drain and closed the entrance before the zombies were able to get in. With only a small space between them and the opening to the street, they had to huddle in the corner to barely avoid the hungry zombies.
As Alex was dieing in his arms, Alistair could feel his own life force slowly draining away, when all of a sudden he heard a strange voice coming form nowhere. Not knowing if he was going insane, or if the voice was from something more, he listened to what the voice had to offer. The voice told Alistair that if he sold his soul to him, it would allow him to survive. Desperate for survival, Alistair agreed. He promptly fell unconscious.
He awoke hours later to find himself what would be considered a zombie, and his lover in the same state. There was complete silence, and none of the zombies from earlier were trying to get into the storm drain. In a state of confusion, Alistair pushed the manhole cover out of the way, surprised by his own strength. He jumped out of the storm drain and was frightened at the sight of a large group of zombies standing near the manhole. After a moment of the zombies just standing there, Alistair heard the voice again. The voice informed Alistair of the powers granted to him, and reminded him of the deal he made. Alistair fell to his knees and found himself unable to cry. He certainly wanted to, and he certainly felt the sadness, but he was still unable to cry. The voice then informed Alistair of his state of undeath, and reminded him of the duties he was now bound to fulfill. Unable to see anything else that he could do, Alistair stood up and told the voice, "What do you command me to do, master?" He was told to travel to Paragon City, where he would receive the next of his orders. Before doing so, however, he looked back at the zombified body of his lover. He commanded his undead lover to follow him, not knowing whether or not Alex's soul still inhabited the walking corpse, and not really caring.
