Jack The Horseman

Control and respect, the very concept that Jerome Kings lived to learn from two of his wealthy parents. He was born to privilege of anything he wanted and wishes he asked could be immediately granted without achieving hard work for it. Born nothing but the substance of wealth and power with two of his financially successful parents Ross and Alicia Kings. Jerome in his childhood always loves the monthly event that is going on in October, Halloween. His favorite event that would also make him obsessed with it as well. His life would've to have seemed like an overall dream any children in Rogue Isles would wish to live and have. But to Jerome, it was different from the inside. He was abused and miscarried by his parents despite their issues, his father being an alcoholic and his mother is a heroin addict. These problems and abuse he would get no matter how nice he was being would corrupt his morals and become bankrupt soon after. This eventually leads him to gain a lot of issues mainly because of the abuse and sadness.

Jerome finally lost it and was now an entirely different person but hidden the corrupt one from the inside. Suffering from Dissociative Personality Disorder, he kept it locked away from the public to never reveal the 'true-self' of him. In high school that was expensive to go and only were rich people like him, he was liked by many for his intellectual ways and how gifted he was with his intelligence in classes and how charming he was. Jerome didn't care much since his main priorities were only reaching his goals was getting respect and achievement. All he cared was to show to everyone that he isn't a 'weakling' but more so a replacement to the family of the Kings that owns the industrial company, Kings Enterprises. A corporation that has been widely internationally famed for its creation of weapons and experimentally related gimmicks for warfare and other applications in need.

After he graduated from college after earning degrees in science, he took a new approach to learn himself in the art of negotiation, deals, and others such to become a renowned businessman. Because of his interest and gruesome lessons his parents, mostly his father gave him. He would shortly after becoming an employee for his father in Kings Enterprises. The main reason he accepted the offer was to take his place since he dearly hated his father and in doing so, he planned on taking over immediately if he should pass away. His mother as always was ever proud of him but Jerome didn't care for her approval either, as she was always 'busy' with her other stuff which is drug addiction and didn't bother to find other ways to end it. Jerome was, of course, focused on one thing, taking over to convey his dominance.

Just about two or three years later, Jerome received the so-called 'bad' news after his parents died tragically in a car accident in Brickstown. Jerome saw this as the best news of his entire life. So far as he began doing a celebration by inviting other businessmen and women to his house for a toast, they mainly thought this was a funeral or anniversary for the company but secretly it was Jerome's interest to show that this moment is when he takes over as full-fledged industrialist of Kings Enterprises. He was respected, feared by some other companies that tried to compete against him, and quite serious who takes any insane methods of actions to achieve his goals and needs to upgrade and enhance the company and the view of 'perfecting' the world without having superheroes to save a cat from a tree too often. This also attracted other families of his which he respected and loved, since they were the only ones who didn't mistreat him as a stray dog but as a family member.

He made his companies stocks goes up and sky-rocketed along the way he sacrificed few things which he in his eyes didn't care less for, all he ever cared was perfection and respect to create new things to better the lives of others and himself, and overall future of the world, not just Paragon City. Jerome had it all, anything he needed that he achieved has been accomplished, all he could do now is to rest and take it. Even take a vacation trip to meet his families and other newborn kids to the family with expensive toys and presents to do something his parents never managed to do, show love. Until sadly, 2002. When Rikiti started to invade earth and Paragon City, many died, including heroes, a lot of casualties and pain and destruction, Jerome heard the bad news that some of his families were murdered cold-bloodedly by the rikitis. After the battle was over and the earth is saved once again by the beloved heroes, Jerome was in a lot of pain, way worse than he ever experienced, angry, sadden, and in such pain. That moment was when he finally snapped.

That's where he became mentally insane, a complete monster, he began to even see a hallucination of the monster he has hidden within, the other personality called 'Jack'. He began convincing Jerome to do things he didn't intend to do but were into a mutual agreement that humanity had their chance and they won't do anything until someone brings fear and power into their own hands. Jerome began to laugh uncontrollably and accepted it, becoming the personality and him as one. A monster, even worse. Jerome began to construct weapons and dangerous gadgets and so much more that is Halloween-themed, created plenty of serums to give him temporary enhanced abilities if he should face an individual above him. And constructed transportation that allows him to drive and fly across and designed to be a horse with horrific looks to the point he seemed 'real'. With all created and even made an outfit for himself, he became the very figure he was interested in Halloween, the Headless Horseman. Becoming Paragon City's worst nightmare and the monster that makes any shiver and cry as Jack The Horseman.
