Jade Mantid/Quarterback

The quarterback's real name is Jason Smith. He is the star quarterback for the Skyway City Trolls high school football team. Jason was Chase's main antagonist until he became the masked vigilante known as Jade Mantid. Jason made Chase activate his powers during their senior year in high school when he started to pick a fight with Chase. He has since backed off after realizing Chase is not your average teenager. He also had a problem with Lance Mitchells. He even tried to end his life by stabbing him with a rusted blade of metal.
