Biography
Real Name: Regina Ritter
Occupation: Freelance Sniper, Range Safety Officer
Base of Operations: The apartment she shares with her sister in Galaxy City
Affiliations:Regina is a member of a loose-knit organization known as The Division. While they don't tend to keep office hours or exhibit the normal workings of a Super Group, the flexible contact works well for her. Often Katspaw will use their contact to find new jobs for herself and her sister Swiss-Army Wife
Physical Attributes
Regina is tall and muscular with very fair skin. Her blond hair is usually braided or pulled back in some fashion to keep it out of her way. She prefers military styled clothing with lots of pockets and boots with a good tread on them. It's rare to see her without her sunglasses as her eyes are very light sensitive.
Personality
Regina is a solid dependable gun. Her main income comes from projecting an air of steady confidence and does it well. While not as manically cheerful as her sister, Regina has a dark dry wit. Her efficency and lack of drama allow her blend into the background of most situations until she's needed and she likes that just fine.
Powers
Katspaw is a trained sniper. Her work with the Hero-issue BFG is not well known yet, but she prefers it that way. Most of her jobs occur in and around Paragon City, taking out criminals before they become large problems. She will talk for hours about the proper care and feeding of booby traps and torture devices, but her sister assures people that she's kidding. Mostly.
Character History
Regina was born to an Army corporal and his wife in Germany. Her family moved back to the States and her father retired in Paragon City. She works for both the City of Paragon and private citizens as a trouble-shooter int eh most literal sense. She was an early member of the Paragon SWAT and then a leader of Highflight, Inc., one of the better respected private security forces in Paragon. While she attempted to retire earlier, her concern over her younger sister's career has cause Regina to reconsider. Now she spends her time helping out at the gun safety courses for Paragon University, and trying to prevent her sister from getting them both killed.
