The Story... Basically.
One fateful day, within King's Row, Our hero was strolling throught the old, now defunct, Library. Down one of the many rows of books, he happened upon a misplaced tome, laying in the middle of the floor. Our hero picked up the tome and decided to flip through it. He came upon a blank page, right in the middle of the tome. Our hero was puzzled, inspecting the book with caution. After analyzing the blank page, he closed the tome. Closing the tome had caused a shockwave of enegry to shoot directly into his body, forcing him to drop the tome right back into its original spot, on the floor. Our hero ran out of the library, in a shocked state....
...That was over 90 years ago.
The Story... A few years ago.
After gaining his powers. Kenny had fled the city, in search of ways to control his new-found abilities. It is unknown to where Kicha ran off to, nor does he ever disclose his secret location. But, when he returned, His powers had increased by Ten-fold. Whatever training regiment he was under, I wish I had the same, honestly. He, also, had donned a purple mask and a pair of Slick Daddy-O sunglasses, Bringing to life his super hero alter ego: Ki Arts. From that day, Kenny had chosen to protect the innocent and work for the good of all mankind.
A few years later, Kenny had taken on a very powerful foe. The terror that was Captain Mako. Needless to say, It was a gruesome fight. Blood, sweat and tears where spilled within Sharkhead, that night. Most of it was Kenny's. While Captain Mako was not destroyed, he was defeated. For the moment, that is. The battle had taken everything out of Kenny, leaving him weak and near powerless.
Nobody had seen or heard of Ki Arts, after his epic battle with Mako. It was like he had just disappeared. Leaving the city as he had arrived, in a gust of wind.
The Story... Currently.
December of 2009, Kenny had made his return to the city, with a new attitude and some rather important announcements. He had announced to everybody that he had retired from, as he put it, 'All this Hero business'. He had, also, revealed himself to be Ki Arts, exposing his super hero identity to the world. While, he seemed all nonchalant about this, one could wonder if he is really done with being a hero.
Not to long ago, August of 2010, Kenny, once again, made his return the city, after having been absent to explore the world 'abroad'. His only comment on 'the world' was a short, sweet, to the point 'Meh'.
Recently, Kenny has shown he has taken a liking to paranormal studies. When he's not chilling out in Pocket D, you might be able to find him roaming around places with a very high supernatural vibe. Along with his sudden urge to study the paranormal, Kenny Kicha has, also, decided to become a bit more social. He can even be seen, sometimes, without his glasses hiding his soulless black eyes.
Personality
As said before, Kenny Kicha is a very open, very happy fellow. Wanna talk? He'll always be willing to give you the time of day. He is not really big on violence between Heroes and Villains. He, usually, sees them as the same, anyway. Well, that is unless Kenny sees a villain doing... Villainous things. THEN, it's go time. Other then a few quirks that make Kenny seem abnormal, is very easy to get along with.

Recently, criminal activity within King's Row had began to rise... ...And with it, the rise of an unknown savior. The vigilante known only to the people of King's Row as...

Nothing is known of this Helmeted Hero. But, hopefully, more information will arise, in the future. Only one known photograph of HoPe has surfaced.
Ability Description
There is a lot of misconceptions about Kenny's 'Immortality'. Yes, he can die. Yes, a few bullets to the chest can kill him. Anything a normal human can die from, Kenny is able to die from, just as easily. The secret behind his presumed immortality comes from the magical tome he read from. The book Kenny read from remains underground, untouched and unharmed for years(OR IS IT?). On the day it had given Kenny his mystical powers, It began storing copies of Kenny with it's boundless pages. As long as that book remains intact, the pages of the tome will always regenerate Kenny to the last page it saved him to.
