Personality
Steven Dnark, aka Kid Ferret, had always been known as a daredevil. His peers would watch in amazement as he did things that they would never think about doing. Even while under the identity of Kid Ferret, he is still maintaining his wild attitude.
Powers
Kid Ferret had developped his powers slightly earlier then his teens. Being a mutant, this is normal.
Claws
One of his abilities as a mutant is to produce three claws on each one of his hands. These claws are nearly indestructible, and have not broken yet. Kid Ferret uses these claws in combination with his speed to deliver swift and effective blows.
Regeneration
Another side effect of Kid Ferret's mutation is that he has the ability to regenerate damage that is given to him. It has been known to not always work when he needs it to.
Battle Armor
Kid Ferret's Battle Armor is metallic and very durable. It gives him extra protection and he usually uses this when his regeneration fails him. It is spraypainted with red over some of the torso and has metal wings in the back to aid in his transportation.
Super Jump
Kid Ferret is seen many times leaping over the buildings of Paragon.
Super Speed
Kid Ferret's regeneration seems to have effected him in other ways, giving him super speed.
Character History
Steven Dnark was born in New York and moved to Paragon City when he was two years old. Because he has lived in Paragon City nearly all his life he was over confident, he thought he couldn't be stopped and he never refused a dare, He had never been stopped. But when he turned 13, he started to feel...different. He figured it was nothing, but he was wrong. One day, he was dared to go up to the tallest building in Kings Row. Of coruse he did it, he had too much pride to refuse. He snuck into the building, and went to the top floor. It was a great view, but after a minute, he started to feel dizzy. He stumbled around, and then accidently fell off the roof! He didn't know what to do, he just had his hands out trying to fly somehow. All of a sudden steel claws came out of his hands, and because his hands were out the claws slowed his fall. Even though the claws slowed him down, he still hit the ground hard enough to kill him. Somehow he survived, but his legs had to have been broken. But suddenly, they started to heal themsleves. Most people would be overwhelmed, but not Steven. He was so excited, living in Paragon City he saw heroes flying around on a daily basis. He knew exactly what to do, he ran out of Kings Row to catch a train to Steel Canyon. After sneaking past Outcasts, Clockwork, and Council Soldiers, Steven finally made it to to the Tailor shop. He was pretty new to the whole "Super Hero Costume" thing, so he just told the tailor to throw together whatever he could. It turned out fine, so he took it and ran out to start fighting villains. He found his first group of gang members and knocked them out easily. Then he wondered something, what do you do with them after you knock them out? So he left the gang members by the side of a building and watched another hero. The hero knocked the Hellion out and then he pressed a botton and the villain teleported off to jail. So Steven ran up to the hero and asked how he did that. He told the boy that he got a machine to teleport knocked out villains to jail when he registered for his hero license. Steven figured he knew everything about what heroes did, but he hadn't even registered to become one! He got to City Hall and registered for his hero license. He gave them standard information: Name, age, weight, height, blah blah. And then they asked him what his hero Alias was. He hadn't really given it any thought. He decided to go with an animal name. So he threw some out: Tiger? Taken. Lion? Taken. Panther? Taken. It seemed every fearful animal name was taken. So he decided to go with the less fierce names, and something more to describe himself. He told the person he was helping him register he would be right back and headed to a computer in City Hall. He searched online for animal names. Because he was so short he looked up types of rodents. Mouse, weasel, then he came across ferret. So he raced back to the information desk and requested the name "Ferret." Of course it was taken, so he imprivised: Kid Ferret. Steven had finally goten himself a name! His license was ready to go, and now the rodent boy known as Kid Ferret is on the streets and ready to rumble!
