Kleon is assumed to be the founder of The Komturei, apparently a small ramshackle guesthouse located in King's Row of Paragon City. Practised with dual blade, and with amazing regenerative abilities. Kleon and Varasin knew each other well before arriving in the city and Isles respectively.
