Krasivyy is an Agent for KGB Special Section 8. She is particularly fond of Comrade Smersh, Cosmonaut Alpha, and Commie Cottontail.
Character History
Origins
Nadya Inessava Zanin is, unfortunately, lying in a hospital bed in St. Petersburg and has been undergoing various treatments for most of her 13 years. In her dreams, however, she travels. most often, her dreams are of being a hero in the famous Paragon City. Nadya is just starting to realize that her dreams are more than dreams. She is, in fact, projecting her soul self to the city of her dreams and is, indeed, helping others. Being a result of thought forms, Paragon City's Krasivyy Mechtayu can imagine herself in any form, with a variety of powers.
Recent History
Comrade Smersh, of KGB Special Section 8, located a Peacebringer who was willing to merge with a young child. Traveling to St. Petersburg at the end of 2007, he convinced Nadya's parents to consent to the merge. Nadya was, of course, quite eager to escape the hospital.
Since the merge, the Zanin's have relocated to Paragon City where Nadya can learn about her new form and be "protected" by her super powered friends as she does.
Personality
Nadya has had to be very serious and mature in her hospitalized life. Her astral form frees her from the restrictions of her physical life and she takes full advantage of it. As such, Krasivyy lets herself play and is a bouncy pre-teen with an active imagination who likes to play practical jokes.
Powers
Astral Projection
Currently, Krasivyy projects herself with two distinct sets of powers. Each is registered separately and, due to her differing skill levels, have different security clearances.
Illusion Control / Radiation Emission: Security Level 42
Invulnerability / Energy Melee: Security Level 29
Regardless of which form she chooses each day, she always flies and always has the ability to appear transluscent.
Physical Form
When present physically, Krasivyy Zvezda, is typical of Paragon Peacebringers; although she and her symbiote only have one "memory" form, that of Nova.
Luminous Blast / Luminous Aura: Security Level 22
Trivia
- While her lips move as she speaks, no sound waves are formed by her astral self and she is effectively mute.
- No matter what form Krasivyy takes, she carries a small KGB kitten on her left shoulder.
