The concept for this character came to me because of an RP storyline my SG was running. The initial concept quickly developed and turned into something I'm very excited to RP. Also, Dual Blades is the most fun I've had since I discovered blapping! Be warned, not all is as it seems and more information will be revealed over time.

Personality
Agent Taylor isn’t the most pleasant person to be around. He’s gruff, rude and impatient. He is generally distrustful of technology and especially of robots, for some unknown reason. He is nonetheless a trained professional and an expert in mission accomplishment. He is intensely focused on the task at hand and will stop at nothing to meet his established goal. While his personality would seem to propel him towards a solitary lifestyle, he nonetheless often finds himself working as part of a group and somehow manages to be a valuable team player. Agent Taylor is intensely loyal and willing to sacrifice himself for his team-mates, no matter the odds. He probably won’t be nice about it though.
Abilities
Agent Taylor possesses no super-human abilities or powers of any sort. Whatever seemingly supernatural feats he might display are nothing more than the culmination of years of intense physical training and mental focus.
Twin Blades
Agent Taylor claims to be a master of gunplay. Some time in the recent past, he lost his left trigger finger to a weapons malfunction (cooked round) and has since then refused to pick up a firearm. Whether this is true or not, one cannot deny his amazing dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Since his accident, he’s proceeded to apply these two qualities to the mastery of swordsmanship. Armed with a pair of ‘’ blades, he twirls, spins and slashes his way across the battlefield, a whirling dervish of death. Not yet a master of his art, he is learning a quick pace and it is only a matter of a short time before his expertise with the sword is something to be feared.
Mastery of Personal Combat
As mortal as anyone else, and more vulnerable than most of those who operate in the same circles as him, Agent Taylor relies on his years of physical training and experience in combat to carry him through from one fight to the next. Unlike many, Taylor can’t afford to take an axe to the gut or a bullet to the head and shrug it off; his only hope is to avoid them completely. It takes every ounce of concentration he has to avoid the many blows directed at him in the heat of battle and to see him dodge, weaving and leaping about as he evades killer strike after killer strike is indeed a thing of beauty.
Equipment
Twin Blades
Agent Taylor’s primary tools are his pair of ‘’ blades. They are not deeply personal weapons with hidden significance and a long history. They are utilitarian in nature and nothing more. They are finely crafted swords made of high-quality steel and he cherishes them only in the way that a parachutist does the ‘chute that’s keeping him from hitting the ground and over a hundred miles an hour. Should one of his swords be lost or destroyed in battle, so be it. He’ll get another made.
Longbow Uniform
Agent Taylor wears the standard uniform of a Longbow Agent. It’s composed of a light-weight moisture-wicking synthetic technology that performs admirably in the high-stress environment that is crime-fighting.
Short-Range Teleporter
Agent Taylor is equipped with a short-range teleportation device that allows him to travel around 100 yards at a time. It comes with an integrated solar power-source that holds a charge good for an hour of continuous use. The teleporter is both Taylor’s primary means of transportation within urban environments and a powerful tool on the battlefield for getting in close to the enemy without warning.
