Character Information
Personality
Leon Michaels is a quiet observant boy. He is notable for carrying a small notepad and taking notes of anything or anyone he may come across. This naturaly observant and mysterious behavior often make people mistake him for an introvert. This could not be farther from the truth. Through the years of surgery and augmentation he has been made passive about his body, the augmentations or the reactions to others thoughts to his observations.
On the flip side, he guards his emotions tightly. This comes from a paranoia that he may be losing his soul to his cybernetics and keeps his emotions close to his chest.
Morality
Good and Evil come as just grey areas for Leon. His removed emotional state thanks to his augmentations leave him with a more scientific oriented mind. He tends to see patrol as an examination of his own power rather then stopping evil.
Powers
Leon's powers come from his many and varied augmentations. Through years of surgery over 63% of his body has been replaced or augmented by cybernetic components.
Leg Augmentations
From about mid thigh and lower Leon's arms have been replaced. His leg augmentations increase his jumping potential over thirty feet, able to withstand falls from a great fall and increased speed up to fourty mph.
Arm Augmentations
Leon's arms and most of his chest/upper back have been replaced with cybernetic limbs. These replacements increase his strength so he may lift over four hundred pounds, increased reflexes and assorted gadgets; including a digital watch, calculator and dart shuriken.
Eye Augmentations
Though Leon's eyes were not replaced a set of lens were implanted subdermal. During combat these lens slide over his eyes to give him a combat HUD that prioritizes targets, gives a local map and limited x-ray vision.
Assorted Body Augmentations
Leon's spine, hips and ribs were either replaced or reinforced to compensate for the increased strength, speed and jumping ability his other augments empower him with. Along with this one of his lungs has been replaced allowing for long moments out of breathable atmosphere.
Force Field Augmentation
At the mid of his back just under his shoulder blades lay a combat forcefield generator. The forcefield is able to part, move or negate most attacks while creating a controlled atmosphere within.
Character History
Early History
Leon was born in King's Row on 7/21/95 to Glen and Kelly Michaels. Though he was born with a healthy heartbeat and above average mental health, his physical body was ravaged by several debilitating diseases. His legs were under developed as was his left arm and a severe case of asthma. He was taken in by his loving parents regardless and home schooled through the illness. The entire time, his parents were slowly saving money to someday help his son in some way.
