Background
Born in London, England and moved to Paragon City when he was 3. At age 5, he discovered his mutant abilites, by accidentally blinding one of his classmates. The students eyesight was severly damaged, doctors said he would never be able to see again. His parents were afraid of his abilites, and when he was 13, they left him, leaving nothing but a note and some cash.

He currently works at Icon as a model, is attending college in Founders Falls, and works part time as a hero of Paragon City/Rogue Isles. He lately ran into an Outcast calling himself "The Torchster." (Aka SunGaze) After defeating him 5 times and putting him in jail, he convinced the young mutant to leave the outcasts, and Sun is now on Probation and attending Next-Gen. SunGaze claims them to be Arch-Nemesis, and that he will defeat Skye someday...

Personality
Despite all that he's been through, Skye is kind hearted and out to make the world a better place for others. He's a determined spirit although a bit goofy, he will go way out of his way to do the right thing, or to just be plain nice. He comes across as shy or reserved at first, but once you get to know him he's a very loyal and dependable friend.
Weaknesses
Skye is very naive, he will trust anyone and see's the good in everyone, even if there is none to see. In this respect he is easily manipulated but he is smart enough to not do the wrong thing. He is also very charitable, Giving away money to those he feels need it more than him.
His powers use a -lot- of energy, and if he's not careful could leave him totally drained. He hasn't tested it, but they could possibly leave him in a coma if he pushes them too far. Also, he seems to have trouble against psychic attacks, he's not able to defend himself from them at all.
Powers
Skye has complete control over light, and using his own energy, is able to form what he calls Light matter. Using light matter, he can make his skin hard as a diamond, increasing his strength as well. He also has the ability to create "beings" or weapons out of pure light. He's also able to create a pair of wings using nothing but his aura or energy, which enables him to fly.
Abilities
A talented martial artist and boxer. He studies clouds, and doing so allows him to vaguely read the future. It's hard to decipher most times, and isn't always accurate. He can learn almost anything in no time at all, and is able to speak many languages.

-- Almost -always- has his Ipod with him. Usually playing is Three Doors down, Staind, Three Days Grace, Linkin Park, Reliant K, Nickleback and Audioslave! -- He has a scar on his left eye, when asked where it's from he either shrugs the question off or changes the subject.
