Lily has been cursed with eternal life. It's a curse when your daughter is taken from you by a powerful entity for all time.
A powerful entity took Lily's daughter to be it's servant for all time. Lily took the place of her daughter to let her daughter go free and live on her life; however the entity kept her daughter and made them both its eternal servants. Lily was outraged to learn that her daughter had been kept and the deal broken, she stole some of the entity's power in it's time of weakness to free both her and her daughter. However in the fight Lily's daughter was killed, Lily was now all alone with nothing to live for anymore. She did nothing for years just wondered the place she was now trapped in or the rest of time, however by chance she came across a hole, a hole back to her world. After being back in her world she see the world she use to know was no more, her home was now know as Pretoria.
She worked for powers devision for a time; learning to control her new found power. Lily soon found her powers were seemly endless, she could change anything make anything how she wanted it. But she also found the more power she used, the more of herself she lost, the more the evil entity's power took her over. She dedicated her eternal life to finding and stopping what others could not, to stop super powered being from causing others harm. But... the constant struggle within her; her power and her humanity. They fight nonstop for control for as long as she lives; every moment of her life will be a constant struggle for the entity's power, it's personality and her own.
Lily changed her last name to Devon in memory of her daughter. She can change space and time to whatever she wishes, but the more power she uses, the more it takes her over and twists her mind.
