Ambrose the Student is new to Paragon, a student at Paragon University, a bit shy and very dyslexic with printed materials which he wears special glasses for. Lithium the Hero is confident, deliberate and skilled. These two sides stay as separated as Ambrose can get them, the only common factor being he's clearly quite new to letting his ears and tail show in either case for those that notice. As Ambrose he's made a few friends at University, and as Lithium he's made some connections with Onyx Sanction, but its very superficial. While he would love to just live the life of Ambrose the Student, his past and his parents' past demand answers and information that only someone like a hero can get, and sometimes more.

Powers
Lithium wears a heavy conductive coat, a pair of high tech gauntlets and boots, and a high tech visor that wraps around the back of the head. Defensively, he has a nanomachine cloud that absorbs kinetic, electrical and thermal energy and shunts it to his gauntlets and boots. It seems to be able to absorb some magical energy, but at a reduced effectiveness, and does nothing for psi energy directed at him. His coat serves as a base station for the cloud, where they dock when not active and repair, and needs a regular charge in order to provide a startup localized power field for nanomachine deployment. Offensively, he is well trained in some sort of martial art that seems reminiscent of SCARS, Krav Maga, or other military forms, augmented by energy discharge from the boots and gauntlets. His visor, according to him, provides targeting assistance and nanomachine status, but he never takes it off while in his hero gear.

Government Intelligence
'Alan Matheson' is a fully backed cover originating from the generation before Agents Indigo and Crimson. The information on file for Ambrose fits that cover perfectly, perfectly enough that it had to be put together by an Agent, either current or retired, and you have to wonder why...
Technical Researcher/Inventor
The way Lithium describes his tech reminds you of a paper you read once. A little searching around gets a hit on a conceptual future initiative from twenty years ago that was stalled due to the size of robotics at the time, and it's part of a collection of projects seized from raids on villain compounds. No one's accessed the plans for a long time, maybe you need to see from which villains.
