Amaterasu Organization
Amaterasu (天照?), Amaterasu-ōmikami (天照大神/天照大御神?) or Ōhiru-menomuchi-no-kami (大日孁貴神?) is a sun goddess and one of the principal Shinto deities (神, kami?). Her name, Amaterasu, means literally "(that which) illuminates Heaven". She was born from the left eye of Izanagi as he purified himself in a river and went on to become the ruler of the Higher Celestial Plain (Takamagahara). She is also said to be directly linked in lineage to the Imperial Household of Japan and the Emperor, who are considered descendants of the kami themselves.

Personality
"This my friend! Is a shotgun! -He Fires-. And that my friend! is a shotgun buck wound!"
To more then a few people, Lu can best be described as a selfish prick that spends most of his time finding weaknesses in other people. This usually has applied to strangers but several of Lu's friends are treated the same way. Lu's extreme dickery has lead to several incidents where he has been ganged up on by larger groups ...In fact most of Lu's injuries extend from the fact he can't keep his mouth shut when he's got something to say. Lu speaks in basic and simple language, betraying his sufficient intelligence. Like his dickery, it is a facade used to deceive people who would do him harm.
Lu has a love for combat, and has purposely started fights under different contexts simply to gauge someone’s fighting capability. Lucius himself holds an Ironic sense of honor, and refuses to use any type of magic or technology he perceives as "cheating."
Firearm wise, Lucius has a preference for big guns, mostly coilguns, railguns, and other exotic weapons. This love for big weapons stems from his build. Due to his large height and muscle mass, he is able to use weapons most people wouldn't consider man portable.

67A-SAR Accelerator Suit
The final issue of the SAR accelerator suit is focused primarily on boosting the user's own abilities. It functions much like a second skin. The outside of the suit is comprised of several overlaying, ultra-light Impervium "plates." Underneath these plates is a complex system of servos and Ionic Polymer Metal Composite (IPMC) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ionic_polymer-metal_composite) muscle structures. The entire suit is rigged with a pressure detection system, gauged to varying trauma levels. When a certain PSI is detected by the outer plates, the suit is programmed to immediately begin medical procedures for the damaged area; sealing the wound using a lightweight, quick-expanding aerogel foam.
An internal cooling system circulates chilled water through a special heat-transfer garment. The cooled circulating fluid pulls metabolic heat from the user's body and transfers it into the environment through its condenser. The main condenser unit can provide 120 W cooling power in a 95 °F (35 °C) environment, with an average power consumption of 35 W and weight of 3.5 pounds (1.6 kg), excluding the power source. The suit is also capable of monitoring various biological chemicals in the body, Ranging from dopamine and adrenaline, working to balance these to provide the most optimal levels for the wearer in a combat environment. The suit’s primary power sources are Micro-Hydrogen fuel cells, located in small compartments in the legs and arms.
REAPER Coilguns
A coilgun is a type of projectile accelerator that consists of one or more coils used as electromagnets in the configuration of a synchronous linear electric motor which accelerate a magnetic projectile to high velocity. The name Gauss gun is sometimes used for such devices in reference to Carl Friedrich Gauss, who formulated mathematical descriptions of the magnetic effect used by magnetic accelerators. Coilguns consist of one or more coils arranged along the barrel that are switched in sequence so as to ensure that the projectile is accelerated quickly along the barrel via magnetic forces. Coilguns are distinct from railguns, which pass a large current through the projectile or sabot via sliding contacts. Coilguns and railguns also operate on different principles. The first operational coilgun was developed and patented by Norwegian physicist Kristian Birkeland.
