BREAKING NEWS
"Attention, citizens of Paragon City! This is your trusty reporter, Rhaynie Dayze, reporting in from the scene of the the First National Bank of Paragon in Atlas Park. We have confirmed that not even an hour ago our fair city was put in to terror once more as a small gang, The Bloodhounds, we believe they're called, brutally invaded the streets. Within no more than 15 minutes they had overpowered authorities, as well as Longbow operatives, during which they had caused thousands in damages. Citizens screamed as they ran for cover, cars exploding and buildings being blown apart in fiery explosions, no doubt arson to distract what little forces were left to oppose the vile gang. Here we have the bank teller, Mister Thomas Brill, fortunatly uninjured, with his account of the robbery."
"Ya, she just barged right in, next thing I know half the rooms being filled with frikkin bullets and jets of fire! I seen a bunch of people get out but she had the place locked down pretty much in just a few minutes. Must've been 'bout twenty of us still kept hostage. I was just prayin' when all of a sudden some huge *Beep* stomps up to the counter, told me to hand over all the money. I could see the girl, just in this bright red suit, outside out front with a few of her guys still shooting it out with the cops, all ya could hear were bullets and explosions."
"This just in, we have confirmation that while there were many officers and longbow injured, only a few were killed, and there were no civilian casualties. It is, however, under suspiscion that the poison this 'Red Rogue', as the authorities have labeled her, used have left many ill, as well as contaminated multiple buildings, including the bank. One can't help but wonder, who is this new villain, and how long untill she is behind bars? This is Rhaynie Dayze, and now, back to you Bob."

"Hello this is Robert Strat. Nearly a month has passed since the devestating robbery in our fair city, but it seems this gang of outlaws, the Bloodhounds, are not content with simply stealing our money. Earlier this evening one of our noble heroes, Arc Flash, was critically injured by this leader who, she tells us, goes by the name of Maddy Kiss. Arc Flash clashed with the villain as she was destroying two of our finest statues, dedicating the memory of two heroes. Unfortunatly, she was no match for Miss Kiss, and, after being beaten and bound, was brutally raped by her. She reports that after the ordeal, the woman stole her cape, as if that had been the entire purpose of her 'visit'. We have Jhonnathan Podge, a proffessional investigator and forensics expert, here with a deeper analysis on this new threat."
"Thanks Bob. Yes, with the descriptions given, as well as the discovery of her name, we have been able to identify this so called 'Maddy Kiss'. It would seem that 'she' had gone by the name of Matthew Kiss previously. We are unsure if she had chosen to have her gender reassigned for personal reasons, or perhaps to help her slip under cover after a failed job, but we are most certain, with proof from the poor miss Arc Flash, that 'she' is indeed not fully a woman. Our intellegence gathering shows that her first criminal activity had been at around a young age on the rogue isles, mostly petty theft and the like. We believe that her father had been a crime lord just as she seems to be becomming, most likely running a local mafia, and this further influenced her path, though we do not have much information about any relatives, or even their current whereabouts, or fate."
"Thanks Jhon. With this information, Longbow has assured us that they will build upon it, and that this Maddy Kiss will be brought to justice. We would also like to assure you all that Arc Flash is currently recovering quite well in the hospital and you'll see her again in the skies in no time at all. This is Robert Strat, signing out."

We here at-at the channel th-three super action n-n-nnnews would like to issue a... a formal apo-a-a... Apollogy for last month's 'blatant in-invasion of privacy' of Miss Kiss. We have le-learned our lession, and we realize we must treat all-"
A loud crash of glass shattering is heard off screen.
"There she is! Maddy Kiss, prepare to face judgement."
"Fugginshit! Captain Commander?! Tazer Lass?! I thought I dealt with yah weeks ago!?"
"Justice never falls against the darkness of evil, Miss Kiss! C'mon Captain, let's teach her what happens to people who force newscasters to forge announcements!"
"Bring it ya fuckin' loosers, I'll take yah both on 'n then some! Get em boys!"
Blaring souds of gun fire, plasma bolts, and electricity are heard off screen, with large clouds of toxins and flame errupting in to sight.
"Th-this is Robert Strat getting the fuck out of here!"

Powers and Abilities
Maddy Kiss is a gifted shot with her dual automatic pistols Strawberry and Cream. She can always be seen in the middle of her gang contributing just as much to the fire, unlike many gang leaders who prefer to issue orders from the back. Her time on the street has done nothing by improved her aim, always firing in, not always the most lethal, but certainly the most painful areas. Her mafia connections at a young age have also taught her the ways of more subtle 'problem solving'. She is able to craft a myriad of poisons and toxins, using them to weaken her prey and heal her gang.
(( Her Envenom and Neurotoxic Breath are played as blowing a poisonous, crushed up powder, and her Weaken is treated as a poison coated throwing knife. ))
Being the master thief and gun for hire she is, Maddy has learned to blend in to the shadows, able to remain virtually undetected. She carries many stolen gadgets and arcane relics, some of which include nanites that she has injected herself with, providing super speed, Cryoprojection Bracers, jetpacks, enchanted tarot cards, and most recently, a special top secret set of syrums that allows her to rapidly increase or decrease her testosterone levels, allowing her to assume her previous body and her current one at will.
Attitude and Personality
Miss Kiss is your average uppity villain. She IS better than you and she DOES know it. Growing up on the streets, she is more than accustomed to the rules: The strongest is top dog. Because of this she has grown rather ruthless, rarely showing compassion or mercy against most, though she is far more than able to. Still, she does not take unnecessary risks such as injuring or killing innocent civiliains, or perhaps it is part of her twisted code of honor. When Maddy wants something, she takes it. If she can not take it, she will find a way to get it. If she can't find a way to take it, she will make sure nobody else can have it, either.
When not 'on the job', Maddy can be quite laid back. One shouldn't misread this as a weakness, though, for within the snap of the fingers her hands will be on her pistols, and her bodyguard Rick will be charging foward. Much to her dismay, though, when in the D she is forced to control her exceptionally violent urges. Instead, she relies on her intimidation, much aided by the ever presence of Rick, her persuasion, and verbal assault and threats.
Despite all of this, Miss Kiss is a known dominant, taking in slaves to enjoy at her whim. She has shown compassion and patience with these girls, much unlike she has shown with anyone else, but she is certainly not against strict and painful punishment if they disobey or step out of line. It should also be noted that while caring of her property, she plays rough with her toys...
In-Game Bio
The notorious, devious, Maddy Kiss; Gun for hire. Feared sharpshooter and gangster bitch, bane of all bank owners, anti-thesis of all antidotes, and she don't dress half bad, either! Talks in a slight 20-30s comic book gangster 'accent', and keeps her dark shades pushed up high, and her favorite fedora pulled low at an angle. Keeps her dual pistols, 'Strawberry' and 'Cream' at her sides at nearly all times. Described by some (Ok, one) as Frank Sinatra as a woman... don't question it.
