The Arrival
When Malcolm first arrived on Earth after being exiled from his homeworld (that's another story) he found himself incredibly weak. As such he was easily captured and used as a living weapon by some not very nice people. They slapped a control collar on him and made him do some bad things. He eventually broke free and managed to get himself a Hero Licence in Paragon City.
The First Fall
Malcolm eventually met a woman named Aliece. They fell in love and even engaged. When one day she disappeared. Eventually Malcolm moved on and ended up falling for a woman that wound up in the Zig. He broke her out and once again was labelled a criminal, and his Hero Licence was revoked.
The Disappearance
Malcolm later disappeared from the Earth. What people didn't realize is that this was literal. He managed to get his hands on a space worthy vessel and attempted to return to his homeworld. There he found his Clan Leader imprisoned and his people under control of a Clan Mate that was always jealous of his position as the Clan's Alpha. He attempted to rescue his Clan Leader by getting imprisoned himself. But he was ordered to flee and not look back. This was not his world anymore.
The Return
And so it is that Malcolm returned to the planet Earth. Coincidently his return coincided with Aliece's coming out of hiding. The two were reunited and once again plan to be remarried.
The Businessman
Malcolm has started a business called the Wrecking Krew. As their name implies they take jobs to... well... wreck people and things. At this point Mal has also shown that he is not only a competent fighter, but also a has a decent head for business.
The Future
Still progressing!
Powers
Electric Melee
Malcolm can use electricity to enhance his hand-to-hand damage and abilities.
Electric Armour
Malcolm can also use electricity to form defensive shields around himself. Among other things.
Super Strength
Malcolm's size doesn't lie about his strength... much... he is incredibly strong. He has shown himself capable of lifting vehicles and throwing them with ease (even heavily armoured tanks though with more effort), and even knocking unfortunate opponents through solid walls when angered.
Tough Skin
Malcolm is very difficult to injure. His skin shows a natural resistance to being pierced, whether it be by bullets, knives, or laser guns.
Quick Healing
Malcolm, while not incredibly good at regenerating like some people, can heal rather quickly when wounded. Injuries that should take weeks to heal take days. Injuries that should take days take hours. You get the idea.
Affiliations
Malcolm is engaged to Aliece, who is also the co-leader of his business, the Wrecking Krew. He, himself, is the leader of the Wrecking Krew and is therefore affiliated with it's employees and affiliates.
Hobbies
None that anyone knows of.
Weaknesses
Rikti weaponry has been shown to easily damage him, and he has shown that he has trouble healing said wounds.

Inspirations
Malcolm was originally a BS/Regen Scrapper. In that incarnation he was inspired by a character named Deego from a PS2 game called Rogue Galaxy. He has been retconned a little since then and his story altered. He was also inspired by an earlier character played by @Lonewolf315 named Malcolm Varen who was an Earth/Earth Brute, and later a Tanker. He has Varen's memories and shares some of his background.
