Background
Past Life
Marissa Lian Kaeg, formerly known as Nenoa Lian Kaeg. Mars was once a demon, a vile and ruthless killer. She was also the servant of Queen Violet, but departed her duties in search of a new life. She wandered upon a higher power, one with the ability to cleanse her and grant her mortality. After thousands of years wandering the earth, piece of mind swept over her. But in order for her to be granted mortality, she had to give up something of herself. In trade of this, she gave up her eyesight, her ability to see the beauty of the new life she was to be given. So the trade was accepted, and Mars became a human, born into a life on the Rogue Isle's as a child, where she was raised in a group home.
Sanity
When Mars sacrificed her ability to see for mortality, as did she sacrifice her power. The transfer into a human life form was nearly devastating. The flood of her memories into her mortal self caused her sanity to falter. Her desire to kill was only somewhat suppressed, memories of past acts finding their way into her unconscious being. She is very sensitive about letting anybody but Dante or Juna touch her, often screaming when she is. She has a strange fondness for caves, and an interest in collecting and selling things of an odd nature. Just recently finding her desire to kidnap and sell off a bat-like life form by the name of Xinthus. She also finds it rather amusing sending jolts of electric power to other people.
Third Eye
Despite Mars' inability to see the world around her, she began to practice magic, learning to control the sway of storms through chanting and concentration. Upon further research with the help of an old mage, Mars learned there was a way through magic to restore her ability to see, in a way. With hard work and concentration, and days of practice, Mars was given a 'third eye'. It appeared on her forehead, and granted her the ability to see a person's life form as a figure. Any living form will appear to her as a green figure and of course anything nonliving would not appear to her at all. Her third eye only allows her to see life forms, and she is often bumping into walls and has the habit of wandering anywhere that holds a lot of life forms.
Entertainment
Mars finds much entertainment in using her magic to send jolts of electricity at people and spending time with Dante destroying things. She also has a fondness in caves and capturing odd creatures to sell on the market for food.

Juna - Marissa's cat. Dante has the habit of setting Juna on fire at times, or harming her in some way. Because Mars is blind, Dante normally just replaces the cat with another one.

Unleashed Force: Clint Sanders, the leader of a group called the Phoenix Insurrection where Mars stays. Mars believes him to be the 'Food God' and is always amazed when he brings her food.
