Childhood
Mary Belle Wexler was born on May 13, 1985. She grew up in a small suburb of Paragon City. She was very much a child of the '80s; as a young girl, she developed the taste for terrible neon lycra leggings and plaid anything, and kept her hair in a ragged pixie cut. She grew up in a neighborhood where the only children her age were boys, and as such, she quickly became interested in climbing trees and playing war games and touch football in the street, scorning Barbie dolls and anything pink.
In fact, Mary was a pretty typical tomboy...except for one thing. Mary could see dead people.
